I ordered a olive green hard shell but they delivered a wrong colour. I emailed them but not receiving any response. I have no choice but to accept the colour I got delivered as it was too late for me to exchange. To date I still haven't heard from them.

This review is for the Hauraki 66cm petrel green hard shell case purchased. We have just returned from a 3 week trip to Cambodia and Vietnam and this suitcase was purchased just prior to leaving. Great service on purchase and delivery. I did purchase this item on sale due to the non-locking case when expanded however I didn't have any issues locking the case. I did have issues where the zip on the expansion part kept popping open in one section even while moving it off the bed to the floor. The badge logo also didn't make it past the first plane trip before it got ripped off. The construction material didn't stand up to the rigors of baggage handling and it has been pretty scuffed up but I'm realistic about wear and tear. Nothing inside was broken or damaged so it's a job well done. This is my first time using a hard shell case so expectations unknown. The half and half design was awkward when it came to closing the case as the weight in the top half tends to make zipping up the suitcase problematic unless you have things lined up properly.
