Glasshouse Candles are pretty much the only candles I buy now. They burn neatly and evenly almost 100% of the time and the fragrances are the best.

I accidentally ordered the wrong fragrance because the box colors were very similar. When I reached out, they were very kind and understanding and expeditiously sent the right fragrance and let me keep the one I ordered in error. I have already given out the sampler as a birthday gift to my daughter and she is having a blast trying them all out to decide on her favorite(s)!

I contacted Glasshouse Fragrances with an issue involving the spray pump on my favorite fragrance. What a breeze the process was! My initial chat was responded to within hours, and I was issued a replacement. The replacement included free shipping and also a new sample fragrance. Thank you so much Glasshouse Fragrances! I will be recommending you to friends and family. What great customer service you provide!

The Kyoto in Bloom candle is an absolute masterpiece of home fragrance, effortlessly capturing a vibe that is simultaneously refined and deeply comforting. From the moment the wax begins to melt, it transforms the atmosphere of any room into a sanctuary of sophisticated luxury. The scent profile is stunningly elegant. It opens with delicate, polished floral notes that feel incredibly upscale, avoiding any hint of sweetness in favor of a smooth, curated freshness. As the fragrance develops, it reveals a seductive, warm undercurrent. This subtle, sexy depth grounds the lighter elements, creating an alluring contrast that feels both intimate and grand. It is the ultimate relaxation candle. The balanced warmth wraps around you like a cashmere blanket, soothing the senses and melting away the stresses of the day. For anyone seeking a home fragrance that balances high-end refinement with a welcoming, cozy embrace, Kyoto in Bloom is an unmatched choice. It does not just scent a room—it elevates the entire living experience.

Excellent Australian made products. 5⭐️customer service!

Very subtle. I love it

I have searched far and wide to get beautifully scented diffusers that I can actually smell for weeks (possibly months), I asked AI for help and was sent to Glasshouse and I am so glad! Absolutely beautiful scents and they fill my small flat with deliciousness. No more searching. I have found my diffuser home

Loving the Glasshouse range!!!

Shipping is super fast. Too much packaging though. You need to reduce that.

Good

I placed my order online and found the whole experience easy. My order arrived on time and packaged well. I will definitely be ordering again from Glasshouse Fragrances.

There service and shopping is excellent

I discovered Glasshouse Fragrances years ago, when I randomly sniffed a candle in a beauty shop, and I haven't looked back since!! I'd never consider myself a fragrance snob, but HOLY CRAP Glasshouse's fragrances are DIFFERENT!!!! I now consider them one of my top 10 favorite companies and I call them "my fragrance house", as if I'm that fancy. Haha! Anyway, recently, a subscription for a diffuser I had forgotten I'd set up went through before I had gotten a chance to skip it. I normally would have just let it happen, but I truly didn't need another diffuser yet-- they last a long time-- and I had wanted to try another scent anyway. I tried to cancel it, but because their shipping is so fast, it was already being packed up to go out. After receiving the diffuser, I reached out to Glasshouse to start a return, and my customer service experience was amazing. They responded rapidly, and even though the response was technically AI, they were able to help me and transferred me to the team that handles US orders. From there, Justine was so kind and replaced my diffuser with the scent I wanted to try (Sunkissed in Bermuda, which is AMAZING!!) and even threw in a sample of the Forever Florence perfume to try! She let me keep the accidentally-ordered diffuser too!! I cannot say enough great things about Glasshouse!! They are truly in a league of their own- both their products and their customer service. I'm so happy I found them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and their amazing products to ANYONE!!

Well packaged. Excellent communication Definitely shop again
