10/10 - never have any complaints!

Shipping was extremely fast and it was packaged very carefully with lots of bubble wrap to ensure the candles don’t break in transit.

Great, fast service

Great company

Fantastic product and amazing fast service

My favorite season of the year is fall, so this amazing candle is just perfect for the season, Omg that smell, durable for so long, and I just loved that delicious pumpkin spice scent.

Great service and products. Thank you

Fast shipping. Packed perfectly and the two I bought had that unmistakable smell.

I've been ordering from Glasshouse for over a decade. Love the candles. Great delivery experiences. Great service if I have any queries. No complaints. Looking forward to the Xmas candles - Xmas is not the same without Glasshouse candles in my place. My adult children even ask me if I've ordered them every year!

Great job

I love Glasshouse so much! It is my go-to scent! Their quality and customer service is top-notch!

As always fast delivery and super well packaged love me a glasshouse candle or 2

Always my go to

Excellent gifts

I bought a couple of Glasshouse Reed Diffusers this spring and fell in love. They had the best scents, had great throw and lasted so long! So I bought more. The second time around, I could barely smell them. I tried frequent flipping and even bought new reeds, but nothing helped much. I reached out to Glasshouse, and explained the situation. After sending over a bit of information, they weren’t sure why this particular batch were so different and sent me replacements. When they came in, the second set was just like the first! AMAZING! I was so incredibly excited because I have been on a scent journey for a while and have spent so much time and money on other brands. None of which were worth it or even remotely compared. Glasshouse took the time to listen and made it right. Five stars for customer service (which is something that is hard to come by these days) and five stars for an incredibly well made product with the BEST scents! I am a Glasshouse girl for life now!

Always a pleasant experience Quick deliveryb
