I bought a number of candles in an end-of-year sale 18 months ago and have had several in storage since, working my way through others. I got one out to burn recently and when lit, the wicks quickly burned down to nubs and refused to relight properly. The wax had barely begun to melt — only minutes had passed — and I wasn’t sure what to do, especially given the age of the purchase. I reached out to the customer service team late last night (Sunday) looking for advice and by lunchtime Monday they had informed me it was clearly a fault and they’d be replacing my candle. By mid-afternoon that same day, I had shipping confirmation of the replacement. I’m absolutely awed by the quality and speed of the customer service — I never expected, much less asked for any sort of replacement. It’s made feel like my experience with the product matters more than what year they got my money in. Thanks, Glasshouse team! 🕯️
