We have been requesting samples from lots of different sites. The samples from NY Designer Fabrics was exactly what we were looking for. The sample was shipped quickly and arrived within a week.

Beautiful color and great quality

While my samples were sent immediately, when I placed an order and what I wanted was out of stock, I was neither sent an email telling me this nor my payment refunded until I followed-up 5 days later. I allowed extra time because it was the 3-day weekend, but if the "we're out of this" email had been sent and my refund made without asking for it, I could have moved on to other choices sooner.

Ordered some swatches. They were out of stock of a couple of fabrics, but didn't let me know or even give me a refund. Probably wont end up ordering fabric from them.

Hadn't arrived

Tulle Fabric Swatches arrived organized and clearly labelled. Highly recommend ordering samples first. It really helped me choose the right fabric texture and color for my veil. Also package arrived quickly.

This is the second time I’ve ordered swatches which are always well organized and sent in a timely fashion, considering they are custom cutting them. Looking forward to making my decision (finally) and getting this luxurious fabric!
