The swatches were well organized and labeled. They arrived quickly. They’re cut small and in a rectangular strip which makes it harder to feel out the drape. I think because the rectangular cut emphasize the bias drape somehow. It would be nice if the swatches were cut a bit bigger by being cut more square.

Best customer service

Quality fabric at a good price. Fast shipping.

Order never recieved and have not heard back from customer service.

Very good

Got two beautiful fabrics; began by ordering samples, which shipped quickly; fabrics were exactly as photographed. 5* service and products

Great customer service. Very responsive.

fast shipping of swatches so I could have them in time for the Mothers Day sale, thank you

Super useful -- the colors were pretty different from the pictures. Shipping was fairly fast

Quick to respond and very helpful.

I love the fabric! Thank you

Very happy with the quality and how well the website conveyed the colors and texture.

The quality is exceptional and the service is always good. Highly recommend. My only caution is their fabric colors are very different from their online description - much more so than other online fabric stores I typically use - so be sure to get a swatch as they recommend.

The swatch arrived quickly, but the price is pretty high for me to buy the swatches regularly. I like seeing the fabric before I buy, but can’t afford a lot of swatches from this business.

The swatch delivery was prompt however the swatch size was really small. .

Great customer service and delivery as promised

I have ordered a number of swatches and the service was very fast and the material very nice I just need to dither a bit over what I actually want to order.

Im so glad I ordered several swatches first because some were Perfectly as I imagined and some were, well-- different! now i can make an educated choice.

I ordered silk blend Mikado swatches and I was very pleased with them! They were neatly organized, and it was easy to tell which item number each swatch belonged to.

Always good customer service and prompt shipping.
