Great Service!

We would not do it again. The cushions were way to firm. like a rock, our kids woudnt even sit on the couch. I ended up going to an upholstery place here in North Portland to get different foam for the seat cushions at my own expense. The sleeper bed mechanism makes creaking noises underneath when you sit on the couch. For the money we spent, we are not too happy.

Super impressed with store manager Sam Henry and delivery personal. Sam went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with all our items. We “LOVE" our 3 rugs, dining room set and our bar stools.

I ordered a pricey rug the week before Thanksgiving and have yet to receive it. I was told It would arrive in February and then mid to late March. Fingers crossed it arrives by the end of the month.

Selection - we found exactly what we wanted in one visit. Service - These people know their stuff and are patient and helpful in the decision process. Price: Fair prices for the higher quality you would expect. Delivery - Recognized me when I arrived and had me loaded up and gone. In 5 minutes. I’ll be back.

The rugs we purchased have tasseled fringe which isn’t holding up. We had to return it for repair but it is becoming clear the rugs will not tolerate vacuming, as it unravels the tassels. We will have to have them removed. Wish we would have known this prior to purchase .
