Mark, our salesman, showed us lots of rugs and furniture. However he overcharged us (fixed by management) and was very negative about our wish to change the couch fabric a week after ordering it, saying it's likely too late. We changed it, and the couch didn't come in until 6 months after ordering. Rick, the store manager, was very helpful in keeping us posted on the couch order.

Purchased our rug at NW Rugs in early November. Appreciated the advice we were given to go home and measure our room before purchasing a rug. This allowed us to purchase a slightly smaller rug than we had planned and saved us money given the beautiful run we did buy was a little under $4,000. We bought news rugs for our condo at NWRugs and were surprised at the selection of living room furniture. The salesman was informative about the manufacturers and guided us to one we were comfortable with. The best part was his good eye to help us find fabric that was perfect with the rugs we had already purchased. And in spite of supply chain issues, our furniture arrived sooner than predicted.
