I was very pleased with the service from NW Rugs. They even noticed that the rug pad I had ordered was too small and offered offered a larger one that they would cut to size. It's nice that customer service is still a thing in some places.

I recently purchased a Persian Gashghai rug at the Jantzen Beach location. When I first went there, I showed the salesman - Wes, the rug I had found online. He found it at another location and brought it in for me to see, as well as many other similar styles for me to choose. He and his associate were able to answer all of my questions thoroughly.(Side note: Do your research about the rug you are looking for). He also honored the online price. I would NEVER buy another item nor will I ever recommend NW Rugs. In fact, I actively tell people to AVOID NW Rugs. I had to fight for mediocre care. I bought a couch that is falling apart and the staff tells me that "their guy" makes quality furniture. They took it back to fix it but only after multiple emails with pictures and a 45 minute argument, and they only fixed one issue. Now I have to decide to fight tooth and nail to get the couch fixed or just live with it. I HATE dealing with the staff at NW Rugs. RUDE people that I never want to have to deal with again.

We love our purchase. However, it is taking days and days for it to flatten out and be usable.
