Within 24 hours of submitting my request I received responses from both Kazumi and Arata on different aspects of my questions. Then I received another communication to ensure I had been attended to. Excellent customer service!

My first catalogue 2000 had line drawings with the photography the Catalogue 11 is very welcome with colour. Just one star out; I would have the Index more readable at the back the front introductory index is excellent. I find the pieces hard to find I do not know the Portfolio pieces enough to recognise by: Index by Design #, alphabet & page number. I do not need this index on each page the PF and number with photo are already listed for what purpose do we need both? Less spaces are good between photos. Some students are not happy with the photography. Would it be better to have two catalogues one for design phases with Beading included and one for Advanced after phase 20? The Portfolio options with Challenge, Practice, Miniature and Publications included in a second catalogue. My thoughts, thankyou for this beautiful publication.

I'm not very good using the Internet when it comes to ordering, etc. I was having trouble trying to put in a request for the new catalog; I sent an email request and you answered immediately. I appreciate your immediate response, however I was able to finally complete my request on my own.
