Flimsy, lose construction with staples instead of screws

NKC LLP had the solution when one side of my walk in closet single wire shelve with rod for hanging clothes collapsed to the floor. NKC had the shelves and hang options ta fit the 123 inch ccollapsed wire shelf.. The real solid cedar wood scent provided the option to upgrade closet that will last without providing the unnatural look of the heavy laminated press board and the initial odor of the toxic glues used to create it. Ii will now plan to replace the other side of my closet with NKC closet options. They have the solution with a quality product. Outstanding customer service. Amazing closet. Well made. Instructions are well written and easy to follow. It's incredibly easy to adapt the closet to fit the unit or vice versa. We will be ordering another closet and wall hanging unit soon.

All good stuff here! Ordering was easy and shipping was prompt. Directions and assembly were straight-forward. It easily adapted to what we wanted in our closet. Overall, we are very pleased!

The closets smell great and seem like great quality. They have not been as easy to put up as we had hoped and have taken us longer than we thought. It would be great to have video instructions alongside the paper instructions. I'm excited to finally have them finished soon and loaded with our clothing but for now I'm satisfied. I did have an issue with the shipping which was not able to be fixed so I would hope that could be rectified for future buyers as we had to spend time and energy hunting them down and carrying them (super heavy!) from a location they were not meant to be sent to.

Product quality 5 star+, knowledge and helpfulness of staff 5 star+, promised delivery 5 star+, tracking of process thru delivery 5 star+. Researched the heck out of cedar options, NKC is in a class by itself. Would recommend anyone for any application.

Need info on when to expect our delivery. It has been longer than we were told when ordered and no update on when to expect.

We love the closet kits that we purchased from Northern Kentucky Cedar! We needed to replace our wire shelving that have been in our home for years. We are very pleased with the product. They seem very sturdy and we love the aromatic cedar!

Overall, I was extremely pleased with the products. Assembly was straightforward and all kit pieces follow the same general scheme of assembly, and once anchored to the wall are extremely solid. I would highly recommend this product. There are 2 things I would evaluate: first, I would offer a wood closet rod support "cup" for those instances where the handing rod is being attached directly to a wall. I ended up purchasing something like this locally made of hardwood, not a perfect match but "beefier" than the angle bracket. Second, the rod hanger brackets tend to split. I split 2 while installing them and 2 arrived already split. Not a big deal, I just glued them back together with wood glue, but given the strains placed on this piece, making them out of a harder wood like oak, or a plywood might produce a stronger product. Otherwise, very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend this product at all.

These were amazing. The cedar is great quality and putting them together was a breeze. I'm so glad I found these folks instead of the melamime or other alternatives. The price was perfect too.

Overall a great system once put together and in place. Very sturdy with ample shelving and hanging space. We will definitely be purchasing more to complete our closet. A few things to note for other potential buyers. 1. Pre-read all of the instructions. I ended up putting the shelving together and then had to remove screws to install hanger brackets after. 2. The hanging rods are not perfectly straight so when installing them try putting the bent part facing down. This will help with hanging clothes as well. 3. The instructions could use a minor refresh.

Excellent product. Easy to work with to install. Customer service was great. Had a one piece that was shipped in error. Customer service responded immediately and shipped the correct part at no charge. Would definitely buy again.

We were clearing off some over grown areas on our land that had cedars in them so we decided to sell the cedar logs to Northern Kentucky Cedar. After we found the website and seeing all of the products on the website we called and talk to Rosetta At Northern Kentucky Cedar who was a huge help in deciding what would fit best for us . We like many do not have the standard measurements when it came the dimension of our walk in closet. However we gave the measurements to Rosetta and in a very short amount of time called us with two closet system and a shoe rack that would meet our needs and offered us many options on type and design and saved us money by offering the systems in what is called seconds which meant there could be minor imperfection in the wood. And at a cheaper rate one would think seconds would be a "You get what you pay for" type of deal but not with Northern Kentucky Cedar the wood was near perfect. The installation was super easy with all the mounting hardware included and the instructions where super easy to follow. We are extremely happy with both selling our logs and upgrading our walk-in closet with Northern Kentucky Cedar.

I purchased three 6’ Deluxe Solid Wall Closet Organization Kits, 2 Deluxe Cedar Shoe Racks, and a 5’ Solid Closet Hanging Kit. I had professional installation, and I am thrilled with the results. I have ordered additional J hooks and angle braces so I can have the remnants from the closets installed in the laundry room. The whole apartment is fragrant.
