We've purchased twice from Northern Kentucky Cedar. Both experiences were great, including holding our delivery once to accommodate our travel schedule. Assembly was intuitive and aided by well thought-out instructions. Having access to some power tools and a little construction knowledge allowed for some customization in layout to accommodate a sloped ceiling in one closet. Unfortunately a corner cubby came damaged but the replacement process was smooth, receiving a new cubby in a matter of days. We explored some other products before settling on Northern Kentucky Cedar and are extremely satisfied with our decision.

This product exceeded our expectations. It looks great and smells wonderful! We had to read over the directions often, but it went well once we got started. You definitely need at least 2 people to install. We highly recommend this product and company. For the cubby, only enough screws were included to install 3 shelves, but still a nice purchase!

It was a pleasure working with Rosetta who helped me create the perfect close for our space. It looks so much nicer than the wire hanging plus all the shelf space! We actually had a carpenter install it for us which was much quicker and easier.
