The product I received convinced me to purchase pieces to build my closet! The cedar smell was subtle but clean and I loved the color. I think it will really make my walk closet perfect!

Wonderful wood, smart design. The reason for not giving five stars lies in the fact that there were minor flaws that the quality control should have picked up, such as a broken shelf board (the small ones in the ventilation options, and some not well-polished spots.

We've purchased twice from Northern Kentucky Cedar. Both experiences were great, including holding our delivery once to accommodate our travel schedule. Assembly was intuitive and aided by well thought-out instructions. Having access to some power tools and a little construction knowledge allowed for some customization in layout to accommodate a sloped ceiling in one closet. Unfortunately a corner cubby came damaged but the replacement process was smooth, receiving a new cubby in a matter of days. We explored some other products before settling on Northern Kentucky Cedar and are extremely satisfied with our decision.

This product exceeded our expectations. It looks great and smells wonderful! We had to read over the directions often, but it went well once we got started. You definitely need at least 2 people to install. We highly recommend this product and company. For the cubby, only enough screws were included to install 3 shelves, but still a nice purchase!
