I first found NNL in Wells-next-sea on a family holiday in 2023, I smelt Midwinter 21 and from then on I’ve been hooked. I’d never smelt a perfume like it where the fragrance is so complex but you can also smell all the individual elements and it felt like I had found ‘me’ in a bottle. When I got married in June 2025 Jasmine and Vanilla was my wedding scent, whilst my husband wore coastal walks. Then when we moved into our house we subscribed to the monthly box and it’s a perfect little treat every month we await its arrival and then take it in turns to close our eyes and pick something out like excited children at a lucky dip. (I also think the monthly box is really good value for what you receive). We were extra excited when NNL opened in Southwold near to my mother in law (who is also now obsessed) and regularly pop in whenever we visit to try any new scents. My MIL wears Annotations perfume and loves an Eventide candle, I would also really recommend any of their Christmas scents, particularly first snowfall which we have in our bathroom as hand cream and get lots of compliments on! In short, I don’t think you can go wrong with NNL, there’s a scent to suit all, their packaging feels luxurious so it’s always a little treat and on the occasions I have had reason to contact customer services they have always been so prompt and helpful and can’t do enough to help you!

Really happy with the product and service

I just love Norfolk Natural Living products in general and particularly the anti-crease spray. It is soooo good to use when ironing - especially shirts and bedlinen. Lovely, subtle coastal perfume and a marvel at reducing creases and making ironing so much easier. Most definitely recommend. Olive in Northern Ireland and have it posted to me - brilliant.

I can't remember how I stumbled across NNL but it's been my go to for reed diffusers and gifts for quite some time. I love Bella's weekly newsletter too - having unsubscribed from nearly all marketing due to email overwhelm I can't unsubscribe from the NNL newsletter as it's so whitty with great tips and product news. Keep up the good work - I've loved seeing your business grow. Plus everything smells fantastic and everyone I gift it to agrees.
