I can't fault Norfolk Natural Living as a company, honestly. I am always kept up to date with progress regarding online orders. Shipping is always prompt, the packaging is beautiful and clearly made with real care, and the service has been excellent every single time I've ordered. I love supporting an independent company, and I feel genuinely lucky that they're local to me — there are lots of shops to choose from, which makes popping in and browsing all the more fun.
