Visited the store on our way home from our airbnb stay in Norfolk. The scent was gorgeous in the cottage so bought a diffuser with the same scent as a reminder of our lovely stay. Purchased the marble cleaner and a replacement diffuser since - about to buy another but notice the bottle has changed which is a shame as the shells made it look so different and pretty too! Will buy another for a room where the bottle isn’t such a feature but it’s a shame as it also makes a pretty gift!

I never write reviews or emote online but Tilda who looked after me today at LCS shop has changed that . She took in my grief about my late parents who came from Norfolk via the Sheringham steam train and London hipsters . She elevated my everyday and put me in such a good frame of mind I actually did n t argue with my husband for the first time in ages tonight . My hands are so soft and smell of Columbia Road scent . I felt so buoyed up by the experience I almost enjoyed wiping the surfaces in the kitchen with tomato and geranium cleaner after cooking . Maybe it s a midlife crisis but having a little cry and overshare met with such empathy by Tilda made my day . Thank you ! Please go and see her - it reminded me of childhood holidays in Cromer combined with a browse in Liberty .

I popped into the Holt shop last month. We we’re staying there a few days and although I use the website and subscribe to take advantage of the discount offered, I did covet an experienced in the beautiful shop and as we were there it would have been rude not to. We were served by a lovely lady who’s name escapes me, however she was excellent, used to teach and originally came from Melton Mowbray.

Just received the soothing body lotion as a gift from my daughter. Absolutely delighted with the silky texture and gorgeous fragrance "en plein air". It smells a lot more expensive than it actually costs.

I’ve been trying to get into one of the shops for a while and finally made it into the one in Well Next the Sea today. I’ve purchased online but the whole experience of trying the products was made all the better by Kate answering all the questions I had and recommending some products to buy today and then writing me a list of things I tried for future purchases.
