Lovely service in all the shops I’ve visited (Wells, Colombia Road and Cambridge) my recent experience I was made to feel very welcome and even kind to our nervous rescue dog!

Fabulous Company!

Amazing customer service support. I had a query which was quickly answered efficiently solved. The way my query was dealt with shows what lovely and caring people they are. I shall be back to buy more things as Christmas is now easier as you just can’t go wrong. Thank x

Excellent and easy

Lovely

Lovely helpful assistants who made shopping for perfume good fun

What a brilliant idea! I love my candles and I like having them in stylish containers, but it’s so annoying when your candle’s finished and you’re left with a stylish but useless pot! Refills!! Fabulous idea, and you can switch fragrances as there’s so many to choose from, will be buying these refills on repeat

Wonderful company. Personal customer service. I feel valued.

Lovely shop which I popped into while on a short break in Southwold. So many amazing smelling products!

Visited the store in Southwold, very friendly staff, amazing smelling candles

Excellent service. I ordered online and the products arrived in good time. They were kindly gift wrapped as I requested in my order (as they always gift wrap them in the shop). This was great as I didn’t miss out on the full service. Thank you! I love shopping here 😊

No complaints at all

Incredibly helpful

Everything I have had from here has been excellent, I love all the products! Visit the Holt shop in Norfolk too which is a beautiful shop.

Great service at both the Woodbridge and aldeburgh stores

Excellent service, rapid delivery, good ethics

Thank you for the free hand cream, a lovely touch and came with me on holiday.

I visited the lovely little shop in Holt today to buy a bottle of En Plein Air parfum. Katherine looked after me and treated me to a relaxing hand massage. What an absolute delight. Thank you for your kindness.

Speedy delivery packaged well and another gorgeous product 😍
