My first order (after being given Basil and Neroli Hand cream as a present) was to replenish the hand cream when finished. I received the Body Lootion instead, but I emailed the Company and was sent a complimentary hand lotion and told to keep the body Lotion. ( would have kept it and reordered the hand lotion as it was so lovely anyway, May I say that the email reply was very quick and the customer service first class. Well done Norfolk Natural Living, you have such nice people working for you.

Visited the Wells shop on our holiday in Norfolk 2 years ago just by chance and now I’m a regular. Even the dog has her coastal walks shampoo and gets compliments. My fave product has to be the mystery subscription box as there is always something exciting in there to look forward to receiving. It’s a little monthly treat for me.

Delighted to experience my 1st visit to Norfolk Natural Living shop. Such a beautiful shop, welcomed & assisted in choosing my 1st purchase. Coastal Walk room spray. My purchase was wrapped beautifully, tissue paper was sprayed with another fragrance. Couldn't wait to spray when I got home. Will be visiting again soon & so pleased that you are here in Norwich.

Whenever I walk into my sitting room, I instantly feel relaxed and transported back to my favourite place - the Norfolk Coast. This is all due to the Coastal Walks room spray which is so fresh and natural compared to other products I have used in the past. When you haven’t time to go to the beach, this is the next best option.

This is lovely with enduring fragrance. Used for some musty old curtains - did the trick. Gorgeous small did the trick
