I found Norfolk Naturals when I friend bought the perfume tester set for my birthday and I have been hooked ever since. I have just given my friend the body lotion and perfume gift set for her birthday and of course had to treat myself too. We both love Coastal Walks, en plen air and Eventide. The body lotion is wonderful, rich yet applies quickly without grease. Heavenly. I use the hand cream as a cream perfume too.

I have your perfume on a regular order and I always look forward to receiving it as it’s become my go to scent for daily wear. Love it!

Bought the wrong item for my wife so went to swap it, unfortunately my 4 year old would not go into the shop. Lady in Holt utility store came out to the car and swapped my item in the perfumery, without me having to go into shop. So helpful! Thank you!

I just love this brand and their products so much! The smell is soo beautiful of each of the products, natural, elegant and just very pleasant. Candles are burning well and the scent fills the room within minutes!! Reed diffusers lasting for months and always getting compliments when someone entering the house on the scents. Ordered so many products and never got disappointed! My favourite scents are Coastal Walks, Basil & Neroli, Tomato & Geranium and recently En Plein air.

Hard day at work… so lovely to come home and find that the postman had delivered my new candle. One of my favourite perfumes is the Jasmine and Vanilla. My current 100ml bottle kept leaking and no matter what I did to resolve this I couldn't stop it. Although I bought the bottle in Holt, I live near Cambridge and went into store to see if there was anything they could suggest to help. The shop assistant was very helpful and could immediately see it didn't spray properly and was leaking. With no questions asked she gave me a brand new bottle of the perfume to take home. I can't thank you enough that I can now continue to enjoy my perfume without worrying. Great service. Thank you.
