I bought a Newentor a couple of months ago and loved it. Have just bought a second one for my second bedroom. . I don't the mattress very supportive and comfortable at the same time. Sales and delivery process was smooth, fast and professional. I highly recommend this product and company.

Got my unit but the exhaust hose keeps coming out of the back of the machine I’ve had to use tape to keep from falling out of the unit

Did not receive what I ordered, single sent instead of long single. Still waiting for u to sort out fault. I’m left with no mattresses and have paid. Most stressful difficult people to deal with

Average mattress and it feels medium firm to me. I not a fan of this mattress and intending to return it. There is hidden international transaction fee too.

Hybrid mattress

You can feel the springs in the mattress through the top comfort layer so not very satisfactory and will be buying a topper to see if it fixes the problem if not will be returning the mattress

Fast delivery, well packaged and easy to install. Tried it for 10 mins and I believe it will serve me well when I use it in the summer. Cools room and easy to navigate settings.
