You cannot go based off the reviews on THE WEB SITE , you have to look up “myturtle.com reviews” in order to see the dark truth behind it. The turtle came smothered with no type of air circulation to breathe, and the number does not work, and it takes forever to get a response from them if I don’t get my refund I’m suing this company and getting it SHUT DOWN.

I bought 3 turtles ... 1 was sick when I got it. I emailed them immediately with pictures and was advised about vet care... btw this was within 36 hours of recieveing the turtle I got this response. The turtle did not survive to a vet appointment, now I have not heard a word back from the supposed customer service who should be responding after I did my part. Now I have had the dead turtle for days because they tell you not to dispose of the turtle because the may wants specific images. Are you kidding me? So much for a return policy if the turtle wasn't healthy to begin with!!

I've never had a turtle before. I've had Max for about a month now. He's happy and healthy and very smart. I love him very much. My sister is going to order 2 for herself.

I had turtles my whole life and know how to care for them. After receiving the turtle from here it died 4 days after the 10 day guarantee. Was sketchy enough buying one off a website and I was proven right. Never trust online sellers.

If you want your turtles alive I suggest you order from somewhere else I got two dead turtles very upsetting

I ordered a Cumberland slider and a yellow bellied my yellow bellied was perfect fine love to run around swim but my Cumberland slider came in dead ! On the email they sent said they would pay for shipping and store credit but is still making me pay for my shipping my Cumberland never got a chance to be happy at her new home ! Very sad and disappointed ! Keep in my mind my turtle was on the ups from 9:34 am to 7:00 pm I got her at 6:00pm NOT HAPPY AT ALL they said on email they exam them every week but yet mine was dead when it arrived! I honestly think it had a heat stroke or something. I honestly am afraid to buy another one because if it shows up dead too they won’t give ur money back has to be store credit !! Why buy more if they are all dead !

This place is the biggest joke ever and they are super kroul!! I ordered a turtle and paid for tons of extras so it would have a safe trip and what i received was a poor dead baby turtle with not a single thing i paid for in the box, it was just a turtle surrounded by cardboard! The poor turtle suffocated on its way down, i paid for a hydro pack a heater and premium food and the box contained none of that! To make things worse is i cannot contact them by phone so they said email only and to make this place even worse they will not give you your money back just store credit, so they steal from people and abuse animals absolutely disgusting and ridiculous please stay away!

My son's baby musk turtle arrived with no fragile label or caution live animal alert. He had respiratory issues from day one which was 4/28/22 & today 5/11/22 his turtle died. We have sent an email to the company requesting a refund so let's see how long this will take to be addressed if at all. Disappointed about this purchase!

My nephew bout a turtle and it died that night and I haven't been able to talk to anyone that works there. And my nephew was very upset.

First order we ordered 2 baby Musk turtles. One arrived DOA and the other died 1 day later. We then reordered 1 more (to give one more chance) and so far so good. I would recommend that the company put LIVE ANIMAL on the box because there is no indication to the UPS driver that it is a priority package
