I ordered 2 Florida red belly turtles one was alive the other came dead, I ordered the cold packs. Waiting to see how to get the replacement

Ordered a baby gold thread turtle and it arrived safe and sound. It was quite active the moment removed from the cup. It already started eating and swimming around. I'm very satisfied with this purchase!

My guys Franklin and Frieda arrived happy, healthy and ready to go on 3/16/24. Packing was a little less than I expected but cleary enough to get them here safely. After 2 weeks, they are still doing well. They eat a lot but NOT the (kinda expensive) hatchling food that came with them. They haven't grown at all which I'm fine with, I like them tiny. All is well, very happy with my purchase!!

I literally just unpacked my new babies, My turtles were packaged very well , They were alive & healthy my cooter was very excited it was still moving around before I even moved it into its new home. It also started eating right away , my painted turtle is moving as well not as excited yet but glad to see it’s eating . Thank you Thank I’m soo Happy, will be shopping here again

I tried to get 4 baby turtles ship to my apartment ... but the turtle store said I had to pay more for shipping.. so I did I finally got my turtles in too plastic containers..they were all alive .. within too day the too smallest died..so I got too larger ones to they lived..and are doing well..so I emailed the turtles store website I haven't heard back ..to answer my question..did I do something wrong..
