So I was skeptical about ordering online because I was scared of all the harm my turtle would go through during transport. From the beginning the website provides proof of purchase and a tracking number so you can track your orders. You are up to date with every move. I didn't have to sign for the pack when I received it and the UPS man just dumped him on the front door. So maybe better instructions should come on the box. Also the box never said what was the too or bottom so who knows how long he was upside down and stressed. But over all I'm happy with my purchase. My Baby Razorback Musk turtle is doing great for his first night. He is so active and he seems to be living his new home. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the packaging needs to be more descriptive on how the turtles are package so they could at least try to maintain the upright during transit.

Horrible! Turtle arrived DOA and absolutely no one will respond to return request and emails go unanswered. Email is the inky way to contact retailer. Save time and money by finding a more reliable store.

I got exactly what I ordered. The turtles came alive and well! thankfully. my only issue is when I paid for next day shipping $40 and it came 6 days later. I got an email saying it was the weekend but i ordered Thursday morning. that’s not the weekend. also ups which you use for next day ship on your site delivers on weekends, i dont see a reason for the excuse. my mother also alerted me ups threw the package even though labeled alive animals.

My turtle came and was in great health the shipping went a little wrong they only messed up one thing but overall did really great with it I promised myself if the turtle came in alive and in good health, I would give the 5 stars.

We are so happy with our little turtle he was very well packaged and as soon as we got him out of his package he was very active!!! My daughter named him Benjamin and were very happy to say we have a new addition to our family thank you my turtle store!!. I also recommend a few of my friends to you guys thanx again!.

I have bought from this company many times and loved the little babies every time I have gotten them, however this time around I bought 5 turtles and only 4 arrived at my doorstep. The 5th one that I paid for has not arrived at all and I have had absolutely no luck in getting in contact with someone to fix the problem or to get a refund. I hope I am just a fluke event here because I have had nothing but good service up until this point. Cant get into contact with anyone to fix my order.

My baby turtle never came to my house

One of the 2 male/female peacock sliders i ordered arrived with an extremely soft shell and is now dead. This appears to be the exact same scene as before. I ordered 2 perfectly healthy turtles instead of b grade and received a healthy one and a dying one. A regular healthy turtle and a b grade turtle. This is extremely unprofessional. I aaked for help through email with no response. This appears to be the only way to get their attention and even this doesnt work because i put in the code for 6oz turtle food like they said on the coupon and have not received that yet.

Despite the stickers on the packaging that say "LIVE REPTILE INSIDE", my poor turtle was lost in the mail, and the package was mishandled. Not this company's fault, but I was so excited to meet my turtle and he arrived dead. UPS messed it up bad. I strongly recommend paying for 1 day or next day shipping whenever it's an option.

My turtle came in a fedex box that was taped together, and then when it arrived the fedex guy tied the plastic bag that the box was in to my fence. UPSIDE DOWN. When i opened my box the turtle was in a container full of tiny cotton pieces, he had cotton stuck all on his face, body, the inner parts of his arm. Thank God he was alive.

This was the second turtle I bought here. The poor thing was so week it came with its eyes shot close because of how swollen they were it didn't eat and almost didn't move the next day it was dead.. I've have called and send emails to them , but until now I’m still waiting for an answer.

I was able to track the shipment and was ready for my little mud turtles when they got here. So exciting opening the box. They were active and healthy and I am enjoying them so much.

I payed for express shipping. Ordered two baby musk turtles on friday morning. I wont be receiving them until thursday. No one at the company will contact me back. I feel stolen from. And i just hope these turtles arrive alive and they didn't just get thrown into a box to die. Clearly no sense of urgency with a package containing live baby animals. Company must do a better job to indicate to ups that it is a priority package with live animals inside. Wont be using this site again. These people have no passion about the animals or their customers. Ill be posting another review upon the delivery of my animals. Hopefully they are alive. Otherwise I will be seeking action against this unprofessional company.

I have had my eastern baby painted turtle going on 3 years in October you guys are awsome different order from here again he is a great turtle really good personality couldn't be more happier with our purchase we love him so much I highly recommend sorry I didn't write a review sooner
