Hi, I have been trusting this website since 2019 and it’s brung me perfectly active baby turtles. If you are ever looking for a turtle to get I recommend getting the pink bellied or b grade river cooters. Since 2019 I have gotten four turtles. I love this website and all but when I tried to use my coupon it didn’t work so I think you should update that but besides every thing else the is a great website to get turtles of of. 5-5 deffinetly

I have purchased 6 turtles from this company. ALL OF MY BABIES ARE GREAT, HEALTHY, AND THRIVING!!!! Their product is not the issue. I paid for $39.95 shipping on one and $29.95 shipping on the other. The shipping was no faster still 2 days. (Website does not state this) The issue…I spent nearly 2 weeks since 11/21/23 trying to get clarification on the purpose of the $10 when the turtles didn’t come any faster and a question about another mixing baby turtles. Finally today 12/01/23 I get an answer after several emails and messages to their site. The $10 isn’t even the issue it is just $10. If you can get over the lack of communication over a living product then this is a great company otherwise. I would have absolutely loved to have given them 5 stars but that terrible communication is why they got 3. HAPPY TURTLE JOURNEY!!!!

I made sure to be home to receive the turtles and thankfully they arrived healthy and well. One of my turtles looks like a new born. She is so cute and little. I really love them so much! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to have beautiful baby pet turtles to take care of. They are like my babies. I love them! I wish I can post a picture and video of them, but it doesn’t have that option on the website. Overall, I am very satisfied with my cute baby turtles! Thanks again 🙂

I was kind of nervous waiting on my turtle to get here but that all went away when I opened the box and found her comfortable in the packaging. When I took her out of the container she was not “DOA” she was moving and ready to get in her tank. Best thing I’ve ever done and will do it again.

I decided to ordered supplies before I order a turtle and everything came on time. I was updated in everything on my package. Now I’ll be ordering a turtle for my daughter soon thanks. “6oz. Turtle Food”

I received my hatchling in the mail today and arrived very alert/curious/active and looks healthy! I'm very satisfied with my purchase! He/She is so cute!

The turtle couldn’t open it’s eyes it’s been over 12 hours she keeps rubbing her eyes and can’t open them and we got eye drops and hopefully that works and we got the eastern painted turtle not the B grade turtles

I just got my baby Eastern painted turtle in the mail and she is in great condition! They gave me instructions on how to take care of her and even a sample of turtle food! I’ll definitely be buying off this site again and I rate it 10/10

I ordered two baby Cooter turtles, they came as scheduled and I tremendously appreciated that timing. My turtle were very healthy and they are doing fine also they are very active eating and enjoying their new habitat. I would recommend My turtle store to anyone. I'm a very satisfied customer. I would also buy again.

I got a baby yellow belly, and they are adorable. I was wondering if anyone could help me identify their gender. They have not eaten yet, but I'm sure they will. I just didn't like having to upgrade the shipping fee, which was so expensive.

Got my turtle DOA and I’m very upset. We thought it was still just hibernating but after following all the instructions the turtle was still lifeless. When it arrived I can tell it had been thrown around by UPS workers because there is no indication that it’s a live animal enclosed. My heating pad I purchased was at the bottom of box away from turtle. The heating pad was cold and didn’t seem like it was even useful. I’m very upset and hurt by this.

It would not eat ..I spent 60.00 my daughter did everything to keep speedy alive but from day one did not eat not even the food I bought when he was delivered

It has been a week since I ordered a turtle for my son. I was issued a tracking number that belonged to a previous customer. Then I was told I selected the wrong shipping, which a specific shipping method, which was not indicated during check-out, and I needed to upgrade. The amount was $6.00, no biggie but when I was asked could I get the shipping I have paid credited or refunded and I will pay the difference I have been ghosted ever since. I have reached out several times on the website on the email sent. NOTHING! Sad thing is it was for a 7 year olds birthday. Very dishearting,

Ordered my son 3 turtles, got them in the mail today and all 3 are dead. Didn't get the heating packs or anything that we paid for to keep them alive during transportation. Very disappointing

Our hatchling turtle arrived happy and healthy. We are in love with him!

After paying for express shipping that I didn’t get, the turtle arrived dead and missing a leg. Extremely unsatisfied.
