You will absolutely be amazed by how quickly and how efficiently and great this customer service is. They took the time To find out exactly when my rings would be finished and when they would be sent out and then send me that information so that way I would know exactly when I would get my rings. On top of that they made sure that I would have a contact person to contact if anything went wrong or if I did not receive tracking information in the time allowed. I made not only the right choice but the perfect choice for upgrading my wedding rings I am so very excited to continue to work with this company in the future.
