I was vey pleased with the payment process however when I paid my ring off I didn’t get any shipping confirmation or information. I called and I got a voicemail telling me to leave a message. I sent a message via chat and I still haven’t gotten a response from trio. If they want to give the perfect customer service they need to improve on how they convey shipping information once the consumer pays for their product. Im still waiting and very disappointed with this.

Having the rings delivery being delayed not just once but twice. To me that's not good business.

This set was perfect for my husband and I. We were looking for a more cohesive set to celebrate our anniversary and this was it and so much more. The craftmanship, the guarantee, and warranty, it was one of the most easiest decisions we ever made.

My husband and I bought a ring set from them. It is not worth it. Both rings are very uncomfortable my husband doesn't wear his because it cuts so badly. The inside is not smooth, and mine I can not wear both of them together for more than 3 days without it cutting me. We regret buying from them. We sent it back to them to clean the inside and adjust it, but they returned it to us with the same problem nothing was done. And the lady we spoke to was very rude. Don't waste your money.
