My experience wasn’t bad or okay, more like in between. I’m putting bad because I’m returning the ring because the size and width displayed doesn’t look like what I received. What I received is much smaller and I was looking for a more thicker width ring. The communication was ok even tho I asked that they stop sending me texts about ordering and I still kept receiving them. I had already knew which ring I wanted to order I just wanted to wait for my own reasons. I am still going to order something after I receive my refund and I will make sure It is a more thicker band this time.

This is disaster This ring is not at all what I thought it would be for a man's ring. This feel like a toy ring and super light weight . Our wedding is in a week and I dont know what to do . Their customer service communications is not what all that. Through chat. No visible number to speak with anyone Ugh A nightmare
