I ordered a ring from you guys and it was shipped to me clearly missing a stone on the side. It is beyond me how a professional jeweler could possible make a ring and find it ok to ship it missing a stone. So I sent it back along with a not in the box ( I also emailed as directed) that I needed the ring shipped back to my current address. Well my instructions were not followed and the ring was going to be shipped once again to an address that I am no longer living at. So I spoke to a gentleman yesterday and just told him I was done and didn’t want the ring any longer. Since the ring was shipped missing a stone and your shipping department couldn’t follow shipping instructions it makes me seriously uncomfortable and makes me worry about the overall quality of the merchandise that I purchased. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but in this case it’s 100% necessary. Thanks for your time, sincerely Brian Griffith

I ordered a set (my rings and my husbands band) they are gorgeous! I had to send back to get them resized and the customer service was fenomenal from beginning to end. The quality and look is stunning. I am now a "Forever" customer.

They claim that they can get anybody approved for credit. While this is a lie because they would not approve me

I was advised when I purchased my order on 01. 25. 26 that it would arrive by 02. 04. 26, and then was told it would definitely arrive by 02. 10. 26 as this was going to be a Valentines Day gift for my husband. Now, I'm not so confident that it will arrive before Valentines Day. I was already approved for financing and the first payment is suppose to come out in 4 days.
