Is a good site

This is disaster This ring is not at all what I thought it would be for a man's ring. This feel like a toy ring and super light weight . Our wedding is in a week and I dont know what to do . Their customer service communications is not what all that. Through chat. No visible number to speak with anyone Ugh A nightmare

Product was great but shipping wasn’t the best. I paid for overnight but Fed ex is the worst so I can’t blame you guys for Fed ex being horrible at shipping. But when I finally got the rings I was amazed at how good they looked!!

Highly recommend this company. The site is easy the customer service is absolutely wonderful and quick!! No waiting days or weeks for an automated response. You get real people pretty quick. The pieces are absolutely gorgeous and obviously well made. They make it easy to pay for what you want as well. I've purchased a couple pieces and also have a set on their layaway plan. Can't recommend them enough.

My order was cancelled with my payment being on time and more money on the payments than required. Still waiting on my money to return the company tried to contact me but that is not my job to do your job when my order should not have gotten cancelled in the first place
