The customer service is amazing

Between the issues I encountered during the payment process, and now finally getting the ring,I am not happy with the quality of the ring. It does not look like I paid more than 300. 00 for it. The band has a scratch in it, and it just does not look like I thought I would be getting. Not a happy customer.

I had such a wonderful experience with My Trio Rings! My gold wedding band was accidentally bent, and I was so worried it might not be repairable. My ring was repaired beautifully and returned looking like new although they forgot the engravement on it but it's fine.
