Always easy to navigate and order items needed. Would say the recent order of tourniquets took a bit longer than expected to get shipped. I ordered 2 on 12/2 and they didn't even get shipped til the following week on 12/8. Wasn't happy with that but they are supposedly on their way. But that is another order entirely and doesn't affect this review.
