Purchased a replacement black bag for my motorcycle. The red bag and my saddlebags didn't agree with each other. I have never had to use your product in the field but with an EMS background I feel that most things are very well covered

Overall, I think you have a great product and responsive staff! Only issue is with the website. It does limit your cart to 20 items, which if you are buying several small items, it fills up fast. Secondly, I’ve never had my Govx coupon accepted through email, always have to follow up through email. I love my bags though!!!

Shipping took a little longer than expected. Quality pack. Went for a mini size to keep in my car. Minus one star for the limited amount of regularly needed items for common injuries like band aids, etc. For $90 it felt like I paid more for a nice bag vs the content. Other than that would recommend.
