I just wanted to personally thank the entire My Medic team. My original Scout bag was delivered by FedEx to a small table in my backyard, directly next to a public sidewalk across from a park. I live in a great neighborhood, but unfortunately people from surrounding areas often come through looking for unattended packages. I have no idea why the driver chose that location instead of my front porch, and the bag was stolen. Even though I didn’t purchase shipping insurance, My Medic stepped up without hesitation and sent me a replacement. That level of customer service is rare today, and it meant far more to me than you probably realize. I’m a retired U. S. Army lieutenant colonel who served 28 years as both a 91B Combat Medic and later a 91C Licensed Practical Nurse. I’ve worked with just about every medical bag and piece of equipment you can imagine. I’m building this kit for my son Anthony as he heads to Auburn University, because life happens, emergencies happen, and I’d rather he be prepared than wish he had been. When the replacement bag arrived, I was genuinely impressed. It is not only exceptionally well designed, it’s honestly better than many of the medical bags I was issued during my military career.
