It was the best decision to choose Essentia mattresses, I have a medical condition and the mattress I have chosen was perfect for me...I did my research and I have other organic mattresses at home but Essentia is the best.

We bought White Glove Delivery for the REM9 mattress and the Veterbase foundation each. There were some confusing calls, texts and emails from the logistics company in North Carolina that was going to do the actual delivery, install, and old mattress removal. Our Essentia sales person, Ester, was right on top of this as well as Vanessa at Essentia Customer Care. Whenever it was not clear when the logistics company was to call to arrange a time for delivery or when an appointment needed to be scheduled or rescheduled, Vanessa worked her magic and I would get a call from the logistics company within the hour. The mattress and mattress foundation were delivered, unpackaged, installed and the old mattress and box spring were removed. And we have a lovely new bed!

We have had our REM5 mattress a few weeks and I am so happy about the purchase. It replaces a 6 yo Temperpedic that lost its support. What is very special compared to prior mattresses is the cradling of pressure points to provide extreme comfort. I love how it feels! Chose the medium support and added 3 inch thickness. Perfection! Also enjoying the shredded latex pillow. Oddly perfect too!

I ordered a second mattress. Customer Service is great. Very responsive. Follows up. Just overall good experience with Essentia. Had some trouble with FedEx delivery, not Essentia's fault, but even throughout my FedEx troubles, Customer Service was very attentive.
