I have severe spinal stenosis. How I sleep on a mattress has a major impact on my ability to get around. I first learned about Essentia when I slept on one while staying at the Beau Rivage in Biloxi MS. The hotel told me who manufactured the mattress. I contacted them and purchased one a few days later. My only regret is I wish I had found Essentia years earlier. I know its an expensive mattress. I have tried all the major brands and types and this latex mattress is so much better. If you have any questions about it I suggest you book a night(s) at one of the MGM hotels and pay the upcharge to stay in their premium room that has Essentia mattresses. You will know whether this mattress is right for you or not.

I LOVE this pillow. The curvature closes the gap between my neck and the pillow. This is like my 4th pillow in the past 2 years. Thank God I finally found one that worked it was really affecting my sleep.

We’re so happy about the mattress. It’s the best we have used so far. I like that it protects us from EMF while sleeping. However I think the customer service can be improved. They are friendly when you talk to them but there are very few communications between the time we paid online till we received it and we’re already using it. I was guessing when it’d arrive and didn’t know how to get it on the bed etc. but we love the mattress. It’s not too firm and it’s not soft. It offers just the right support. Perfect!

We are so pleased with the new bed — such comfort.

I'm so disappointed. We got the support frame, mattress, and topper and slept on it last night for the first time. The mattress is so unstructured, to roll over it feels almost like moving in a water bed. I had to lift my body and flop to change positions. Major pressure points at my shoulders and hips when laying on my side, and pain from my ribs to pelvis from my waist sinking from lack of support. Also, if I was sleeping on my side, my entire arm went numb depending on the side I was sleeping on. It felt okay to sleep on my back, just that adjusting was tough and my pelvis sunk into the mattress. We spent so much money on this bed and I left it at 3am to sleep on the couch with a heating pad because my back was in so much pain. Really sad because I know they use quality materials and the stitching, cover, etc. is made with care. But impossible to sleep on.

The stellar service received from Paul will keep me coming back for years. He was very accommodating; changed my shipping date without a fuss. UPS returned the mattress because UPS had some confusion with the address and Paul save me any stress by contacting them to redeliver my mattress. The neck pillow material is rough and the snap broke.

It’s been a couple months now and I’m loving my mattress – very comfortable and I sleep in peace, knowing that I’m sleeping on a clean nontoxic mattress. Highly recommend!

This is my second Essentia mattress and this one is as fabulous as the first(that was for another house). Love that it’s free of toxins and the comfort is amazing! Not too hot, not too cold.

Purchase, shipping and customer service was wonderful until the Mattress arrived and then it all went downhill. Mattress arrived damaged on Jan 30, 2026, which was reported to Essentia within hours of delivery. As of today, march 1, 2026, they have not responded with a solution and there has been no communication from Essentia in over 3 weeks.
