Great mattress as expected! We were disappointed with the shipping process, not sure if that falls on Essentia or FedEx, but they would not deliver it to our house because it was over the 150lb weight limit so we had to pick it up from their nearest shipping terminal which was inconvenient.

We love this mattress! The customer service is excellent.

I purchased two mattresses for bunkbeds, the tatami and this one. Both were comfortable. But, this one I would describe as more plush. My daughter plays lacrosse and prefers the softer of the two mattresses for great recovery sleep after a game.

This is my third organic pillow, which I have bought in the past year and definitely the best one. It's not too hard like two other brands I got before Essentia one. I honestly recommend it.
