I ordered 2 items which cost me shipping and only 1 item was delivered. I emailed support to let them know only part of order was delivered. They still haven't gotten back to me. Instead they just refunded the missing item, only the item and never reimbursed for the extra shipping I paid for only receiving a partial order. Bad company, They don't deserve even 1 star.
