Horrible my package was shipped somewhere. My address is on there but I have never received anything and it said the other day that it was delivered. My phone number is 404-825-8765. It’s a gas cap for my jeep. Please help.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced! They sent me a message letting me know I had the wrong part order for my jeep before the order was confirmed. With my approval they changed the order and sent me the right part so I didn’t have to deal with having the wrong part. The shipping was great too, came before was expected! Definitely my go to for getting the parts I need!

Per my multiple follow up emails - with ZERO response - parts ordered do NOT fit my 2026 Ram Laramie 1500, despite your website saying they do.

I checked and double-checked to make sure I would order the correct part for my vehicle. One day after I ordered that part, I received an email informing me that I had ordered the wrong part based on my vehicle's VIN. Moparsuperst stated in the email that they will be sending the correct part instead of the one I ordered. Good looking out! Parts Tech reviewed my VIN and corrected the part that I had ordered to ensure that it fit my truck.

I was recommended by one of the tech to change the part I order and it turns out the recomendé d part was the wrong I ask to do a return and now its just silent no answer and no part ! Very disappointed
