I ordered an incorrect part, the store caught it, called me and updated the part to the correct one. Then I made the mistake to have the order picked up at the store instead of shipping. The store again updated the order and I got the parts the next day.

Excellent services

part fit was correct, time from order placement to delivery was several weeks, why so long?

Good transaction and great communication.

Excellent

Product was excellent and worked perfectly

Excellent price and delivery

Great support - made sure I got the right part of my model year. Fast shipping and good prices.

I have ordered parts on a couple different occasions and both times have been excellent website is easy to navigate and receive both packages fast definitely recommend

Helpful and easy to order

Pricing was better than any competitor I checked for Mopar parts and they were in stock, all suppliers couldn’t say that. I thought shipping was a little expensive, but it does include insurance. I didn’t realize that until after I had made my purchase and got notification about the insurance coverage. The estimated arrival date was a little long, but again everything was listed as in stock. To my pleasant surprise, my order was processed quickly and arrived three days after I placed my order. All parts arrived in perfect condition. I will be buying from this seller for my next scheduled maintenance project without reservation.

Always great experience and great prices
