I ordered a Ballast for my 2022 Chrysler 300C and it was USED. Talked to Randall Warner and he had the Audacity to accuse me of using the new part and returning a used part. This is NOT TRUE. I never installed the USED part that was sent and my headlight still isn’t working!!! I will have my CC company stop payment. Your company looks like a SCAM, sending used part and selling for new part!!!

The trailer hitch arrived but was without the four bolts needed to attach it to my Jeep. I bought this advertised as a kit which included the bolts. Please have someone in your shipping dept. send me the four bolts so I can attach the trailer hitch.

i ordered a hood emblem and the site didn't specify if i needed a left or right so i figured they were universal. they are not and i emailed customer service 3 times asking about return options but i have had no response since.
