Never received parts

Shipped nice, fit perfect.

Ordered and paid for 2 panel clips only received 1 and no refund for the 2nd clip that wasn’t sent !

I ordered two "Hemi" hood badges for my 2009 Challenger, but only received one. I called and was told the second badge would be shipped the following Monday. I have heard nothing about it and have not received the rest of my order. Are you ever going to fulfill my order?

When I ordered the part, it said it was in stock. Paid expedited shipping so I could get the part right away. I took almost 2 weeks to get. Total waste of money for expedited shipping.

You sent me a TIPM with almost no packaging material. It arrived broken, its been nearly a month and still NO return call. Also, I'm due a core return, you've provided NO way to send in the old TIPM for my refund. Extremely disappointing. I've called twice and spoke to the same person that says he's passed my information to the online sales team and doesn't know why I haven't heard back.

Was easy to find part. Finding the exact fit was a bit of a challenge. You need to make sure and enter the vin number that way customer service can double check the exact fit. Overall I got what I needed, Mopar made good on there exact fit guarantee and I'm a happy customer.
