Per my multiple follow up emails - with ZERO response - parts ordered do NOT fit my 2026 Ram Laramie 1500, despite your website saying they do.

Parts Tech reviewed my VIN and corrected the part that I had ordered to ensure that it fit my truck.

I was recommended by one of the tech to change the part I order and it turns out the recomendé d part was the wrong I ask to do a return and now its just silent no answer and no part ! Very disappointed

I ordered a part for one of my customers. The part arrived promptly. The part was damaged. I after a long process of being transfered from several depts I was advised how to file a claim thru endurance. The claim was approved with the so called virtual credit card to reorder the part. . the claim was approved same day. A week later still have not received the card. Meanwhile I have a very disappointed guest waiting on a part. This has done damaged to my reputation at my service center. I will never use this service ever again. I definitely will not recommend them.
