I ordered a replacement seatbelt for my Jeep JKU. The order was shipped very quickly, but upon receiving it I discovered it was not the correct part. I emailed Mopar Genuine Parts requesting instructions on how to get the correct part. This email was sent on a Saturday evening so I was expecting a response on Monday or Tuesday. To my surprise and amazement I received an email from Mike on Sunday. He supplied me with a quote for the correct part as well as a shipping label to return the incorrect part. I was able to order the correct part on Sunday and sent the retuned part out Monday morning. Thanks to Mike’s extremely quick response, my Jeep will be back on the road several days sooner.
