Parts were packed and shipped very securely (which is not so common these days) and were in perfect condition, no missing parts or pieces.

I ordered this part on September 11th, 2025. After being patient long enough, I finally reached out to customer service on December 9th to inquire about my order. The response was quick and I finally received my item on December 12th. I deem it to be unacceptable to wait that long for an item with no updates or explanation as to any possible delay. I will most likely not order from the website again.
