Initial shipping was delayed - they happily accepted my order, but I only found out that the part was backordered when I reached out 3 weeks after my initial order. Once I received the part, something inside was broken. I am still waiting for resolution -- it has been about 6 weeks. No phone number to talk to a human and ever email takes 3 days to a week to get a response. To their credit, they are making things right but it is a SLOW and needlessly long process.

Bought 2 and they did not match in color. 1 was faded and the other missing paint.

8 Piece Chrome Trim Kit was installed today slowly, & carefully. Despite the kit arriving late due to a backorder, it was definitely worth the wait. The truck looks totally GREAT with this new Chrome Enhancement!! Thanks Brian K.

I can't give a full rating because I believe that the product was probably installed wrong. I had the shop that installed my new windshield put the protective film and they kept it 2 days extra to get it to settle. The bubbles never left the protector. After 4 days of being in direct sunlight and warmer weather the bubbles got worse. I am sure that it was user error in putting it on. I can't give a full review because I didn't have it on my jeep for long.
