Ordered 16 spark plugs with this company because they had a reasonable price. Ordered the items and had to wait weeks for them to ship. Ended up emailing customer service and received a response within a few days. That seemed to get things going. Still don’t have them but they are finally on the way. I gave an extra star for the customer service. Good luck

Came with everything I needed. And just a heads up, an E8 socket is needed for the mounting bolts of the housing.

Was nervous but was overly satisfied

The web sight was user friendly. The cargo mats took a little longer then I expected receive. Over all excellent product with a perfect fit.

I placed my order. Got the normal “order has been placed” emails right away. Then I didn’t hear anything for just about 3 weeks. I emailed customer service on a Thursday or Friday. They have a response time of “within 24 hours”. Obviously weekends are not counted. Later in the week during the following week I get an email saying my order was shipped. Only after that did I get a response for CS. Wipers are great. Ordering/shipping experience was really annoying.

The spark plugs showed when promised. I’m glad my mechanic recommended getting original Mopar parts and I found Mopar Genuine Parts to buy from .

The item arrived damaged - the oil pressure sensor is broken. I am also experiencing problems geting my refund for the part I already returned. I would like to request compensation or a partial refund for the damaged item, and I expect the pending refund to be processed promptly.
