Ordered part, paid for overnight shipping and part wasn’t sent to Post office until over 48 hours later. They shipped it Priority Express and not overnight. Chat service is terrible because they don’t know anything but what I can see on screen as well. Part took a week to get to me. If I could have gotten part anywhere else faster I would’ve returned the part.

We had a last minute change on the order and have left several messages on how to send back what we received. Nobody returns our calls or emails!

After ordering, I was told out of stock and they had to order. I couldn’t get anyone to help me after ordering. I sent David two or three emails. The number they listed for help, no one would ever answer. I finally called the number that was on my credit card charge, still took me a couple of times to get someone. Good luck on getting hold of anyone if you need an update on your order. Probably won’t order from them again.

Tried multiple times to stop the order. Left voice mail, emailed. Never once heard back from them. We left messages several days before it even shipped. Still shipped, no responses, absolutely horrible customer service.

The website wasn't 100% clear with all the RPO options, but the Rep used my VIN to ensure proper parts were ordered. Everything worked out great!

Easy to order online

Great Prices, fast shipping, got exactly what I ordered.

I ordered and received my running boards and bed step and luckily they still had the parts bags in the box. Both boxes weren’t packaged correctly and the boxes were busted open when they arrived. Parts bolted right on and seem solid on my 26 Ram Rebel.

I ordered a plate mount got an email it was the wrong one and they updated it. Got it and it is the wrong one and I can’t get a Return call or email to correct it.

I’m still waiting on parts that were ordered January 30th. I’ve made several phone calls and emails with little to no response. My money would have been better spent somewhere else.

Placed an order online and it was reviewed against the information I provided on my vehicle and was asked for my VIN to ensure all parts were correct and sure enough, I had chosen a wrong part and they caught it and corrected it prior to filing my order and charging my credit card. My driver door handle broke off and ordered one on here. Didn’t ship till 7 days after I Pid and two weeks later my handle is still not here. Literal joke
