The part took 16 days to be delivered. I was not under any time constraints so that was not an issue. The cost was expensive for a super light weight molded plastic. The fact that I was able to purchase the part for a 26 year old Jeep was awesome!

Part was right on…. Customer fulfillment could be quicker.

No response to any inquiries. Tried to cancel the order and no response. Had to dispute the charge and still haven’t heard anything. Phone number doesn’t work. Ordered on a Monday, says it would arrive that Thursday, didn’t ship for more than a week. Total waste of time and money -100/10. 1 star is too much.

Order 8382 for an air box for my Jeep. Used PayPal, it took over a week and multiple phone calls and emails just to get processed. Once processed and the part shipped, a week later, it arrives in loose packaging and broken.

Was not delivered! I requested information - NOTHING!
