Proper parts answered my question and my tmp’s are working fine
I've been trying to trying to get a hold of someone at Mopar for over a month. My charger hasn't worked since I bought it. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, no response. Now the number on the website isn't accepting any calls as voicemail is full. What gives!!!!???
The power seat unit went out on my jeep grand Cherokee and I could only imagine how much the dealership would charge me to replace it. Thankfully David helped me in ordering the right part and my handy hubby was able to install it!!! Win win here!
Said parts were in stock upon ordering. . two days later an email saying they had to order them and should get them in 3-5 days… they would then ship to me. Two weeks later, NOTHING. I called and emailed several times, no replies. I disputed the charge through my credit card company and purchased the parts elsewhere. The following day I get an email that the parts are shipping out. What a joke. . just emailed them and told them to cancel, I’m sure they won’t respond. Worst customer service everrrrrrr…
The ordering process went well. Shipping on the other hand was a fiasco. The item was on the USPS truck to be delivered, but was not delivered because they couldn’t verify my address now I have no idea where the package is. I messaged the place that I placed the order, explained what happened gave them a screenshot of the delivery track, and I didn’t hear a single word back from them so from that perspective of your customer service failed completely. I’m guessing something was up with the mailing label. I don’t know. So I’m gonna give you two stars and that’s being generous so you got my money. I don’t have the merchandise.
Thanks
$75 per Pocket and no mounting hardware. At least tell me that it’s not included and try to sell me the six dollars per bolt.

I ordered the wrong part and they contacted me and changed to the correct one. Thank you
Smooth transaction. Great communication
Had to wait a week for it and happy I got it in one piece!
Part famed damaged no one is picking up the phone or answering my email spent 150 bucks for a broken piece
Seamless purchasing experience
My order took over 2 weeks to arrive, and when it did it was missing a part. . . another delay into the shop! Parts that did arrive are good quality.
The packaging came in a mess and the sticker was effected it would not lay flat once we tried to adhere it to
It’s been weeks and I still haven’t received my parts.
Had a problem since day one and it continues…
I had an extremely disappointing experience with A Mopar Parts. The biggest issue has been their customer service. I've been trying to contact them for weeks, sending multiple messages without receiving any response. I have reached out at least three times in the past weeks regarding a wrong part they sent me, and I've still heard nothing back. When my order arrived, the packages were damaged and falling apart, and parts were missing. I'm also still waiting on a seal that I was told would take only 3–5 days to arrive at their facility before being shipped to me. It's now been more than 40 days since my last conversation with them, and I've received no updates or communication. To make matters worse, they sent me the wrong part, but because they won't respond, I can't arrange a replacement or return. Their return policy includes restocking fees and strict conditions, which, in my opinion, leave customers carrying most of the financial risk when the company makes a mistake. Policies should protect both the business and the customer. Based on my experience, this policy feels less like customer protection and more like a way for the company to collect additional fees from people who are simply trying to correct problems with their orders. What makes this even more frustrating is that my local dealership in Watertown, NY wanted to charge nearly twice the price for the exact same OEM part. That leaves customers with very few reasonable options—we order online to save money, but if something goes wrong, we're met with poor communication, damaged shipments, missing parts, incorrect orders, and a return process that feels stacked against the customer. Because Mopar OEM parts are essential for many vehicle owners, customers often have limited alternatives. That makes responsive customer service and fair return practices even more important. I hope A Mopar Parts improves its communication and customer support, because no customer should have to wait weeks for a response while ...
Checkout was easy, and communication was good. Part was a perfect fit, and it works!
