I’ve been trying to get a return label for a HVAC housing unit that I purchased for over a week have not gotten any results. Tried calling a number that was provided to me the number when I call it just rings and then hangs up. Sent several emails to the correct department along with pictures of the product in box that it came in immediately when I received it customer service is extremely poor. The products that they have online, I’ve purchased multiple things. I’ve only had that one issue that has not been resolved. Just looking to get the parts swapped out for a new one and their automated system or their live agent that you talk to through messages they’re not informed extremely well their catalogue that they have access to does not describe the parts. I purchased a driver side pillar, the one with the handle by the windshield and did not know if it was the right color the descriptions online they have a couple pictures that show different colors but the one color I needed it was a black-and-white picture and I got lucky and got the right one they need to Have the actual color listed in there description of the interior pieces that you may be purchasing and they don’t.

Part damaged in transit. Can’t use it. Have reached out 3 times and no response. Tried the online chat and that didn’t work either. Very unhappy that I have a vehicle torn apart on the garage that I can’t do anything with because I can’t get an answer.

Delivery was negative Star. Both packages were damaged,one had to be sent back. performance spoiler camera wasn’t assembled right it was coming off,the dodge dealership fix that or it was going back as well…. bottom item were packed with no protective wrap or empty space fillers…. . Been over a week since UPS sent the package back an I have not been contacted in any form smh…. Negative Star experience

Shipping IS negative star…. spoiler came loose in a box with no fillers a barely wrap…. the camera on the spoiler had to be reinstalled to the spoiler at the Dodge dealership… An my top panel I ordered came crushed an broken,again loose space no fillers ,it got sent back by UPS

I ordered a part after speaking to an online agent who provided me with the direct link to the part in question for purchase. I received the wrong part in the mail and have tried reaching out multiple times for direction on returning the incorrect part and getting the correct or refunded. I've emailed, tried calling (no answer, direct to full mailbox) and attempted the online chat again. Finally had to just challenge the credit charge.

Been trying to return the wrong parts for 3 days, absolutely no help and cannot speak to a real person. I only ordered a couple u nuts so I’ll eat the $12 but I couldn’t imagine trying to return something of high value.

My parts came promptly and on time. All the parts I ordered fit even the serpentine belt showed up right. Definitely recommend Mopar parts.

One of my items arrived missing all the hardware. I called multiple times always went straight to voicemail, left voicemails to call back, never happened, sent multiple emails never got a responses.
