I ordered a replacement left rear fender flare. I put in the VIN # and thought it was the right one. After I placed the order, I received an email from Mopareparts stating that the one I ordered was not the correct one and they provided the correct one’s part number and the difference in the price. Awesome customer service. Came in quick and is the exact same as stock. Would definitely recommend mopareparts for everything you need.

Box was delivered all beat up and mats are scratched

This whole order was a trim wreck. I paid over 100 bucks for shipping. The box arrived damaged I refused delivery. I have tried to reach out to the seller three times via email twice by phone, nobody answers the phone. Nobody returns voicemails. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company tomorrow. I ordered an infotainment knob kit for a 2020 Ram 1500. It should have been 2 metal dials and 1 plastic volume insert and 1 plastic tuner insert. The only thing I received was the plastic volume insert. None of the other pieces came. When I asked the Chat representative about it he stated that there was no picture on the website to compare what I had ordered and what I received. How about getting a picture on the website then.

Worth getting the OEM part. Would purchase again. Fast shipping.

Can’t look up parts for 2022 Ram 5500 by VIN

Parts arrived quickly and worked great! They were also less expensive then the other part stores including shipping!!! I had ordered a new rear view mirror and right fog light.

Half the price of a shock at the dealership. Got it in half the time they said it would take from dealer as well.

Order parts for my Jeep on March 10th. Parts didn’t make USPS office till March 17th and parts still not been delivered.

Sent email to your support team, that I had an issue. Shipping destroyed the package and my item that was over $300 wasn’t even bubbble wrapped or protected. I also provided pictures and no response , want an exchange and this experience will make me think twice before buying from your company again.

Ordered part, paid for overnight shipping and part wasn’t sent to Post office until over 48 hours later. They shipped it Priority Express and not overnight. Chat service is terrible because they don’t know anything but what I can see on screen as well. Part took a week to get to me. If I could have gotten part anywhere else faster I would’ve returned the part.
