I love mopar but trying to get feedback on why my parts weren't on its way was a hassle
Something got messed up in the order. I did receive the proper items that I ordered but before I received it I got multiple emails that my order was still in the "basket" and I also got multiple emails stating that the order had been shipped but on different days. I also got an email demanding the VIN for the vehicle for proper application that stated that my order shipment would be delayed until I verified my VIN or for 24 hours which I received after I got an email that stated that the order had been shipped. The emails were so confusing that I wasn't sure if the order had even been processed or if I would be receiving or be charged for multiple orders for the same item. Extremely confusing and concerning!
Package were all destroyed with lost of the parts. Waiting for an oring and a word from an email about wrong part. ??? Bad for everything

Hard to find parts at good price
Phone number doesn’t work and no one answers the email contact. I need to make a return and figure out how to recover a core charge and have received ZERO response.
The part arrived damaged. The box could have been better secured with banding, rather than tape. Replacing the part, which I still have to do, will not arrive in time for when I needed the vehicle.
The shipping choices included next day for $210. I put my order in on a Saturday knowing that it would not be filled until Monday and delivered the next day. That’s fair and in accordance with their directive. However, I did not get my shipment Tuesday and when I enquired I was told that it would not arrive until Wednesday. That is in no way next day for an order put in Saturday and received Monday. I needed the part so I could not cancel- my package arrived 10:30pm Wednesday night! A- It’s false advertising. B- It’s bad business not to make it right. $210 is a lot of money not to get what you paid for. What’s worse- it came FedEx the company I just retired from with 39 years of employment, so I know the cost was not $210- so I got taken to the cleaners. I paid a lot of money for a service I did not get. Therefore the terrible rating.
