I been trying to call about my order but they never answer or call me back

The online store is great but my order was shipped usps which is the worst. It took twelve days for my order to arrive.

I have not received my product yet

Everything went great. Part worked as intended and was shipped within the time that was estimated. I liked paying $57 instead of my local dealer which quoted $110

Shipping is the worst, I still don’t have the part USPS horrible

Ordered a brand new draft shaft for a Jeep, got a drive shaft from the junk yard, dirty and broken. Shipped without a box, only bubble wrap around it. Phone number and email are never answered.

I ordered a part for Jeep and they sent the wrong part. I have contacted Mopar eParts by phone and email several times with no response. I believe this company is a scam and will steal your money. Stay away!
