I did not have a positive experience. I received an incorrect part in order #4514, and I have been trying to reach your support team for almost two weeks. I sent two messages — one by email and one through your website — and I have not received any response. Because of this, my issue is still unresolved. It’s very disappointing, and I hope someone finally contacts me.
Never received part. Reached out several times via e-mail and phone and received zero response.
Shipping is terrible. Still don’t have part. It got stuck in Salt Lake, Utah. Showed that it moved today maybe I’ll get it tomorrow. Fingers crossed not the dealership fault.

Received parts in a timely manner.
I am a first time customer. I was notified that my part was delayed. I wanted to add one more part to my order. I called and had to leave a message. The recording said that I would be contacted within the next 24 hours. I was never contacted. Trust me, I can get that kind of service from anybody. . . One and done for me.
Deceptive marketing. Picture showed 5 lug nuts description doesn’t say how many so assumption is 5. We received one lug nut. Try to return it and never heard back. Poor business model.
Paid extra for product to be delivered on November 8th or 9th. Part was not delivered until November 13th. UPS claimed they didn't receive part until November 10th. Not happy. Left messages, never received a call back.
Everything is excellent in the store, the problem is that the deliveries are expensive and very slow
