Quick answer. Ship into the delay

Instead of simply making a confirmation call to the phone number provided in order to approve shipping to the requested address you force an automated reply requiring the item be shipped to my billing address which is on the opposite end of the country of where I am with my vehicle requiring the part ordered. Now I have to have the part shipped from Ontario to BC in order to repair the vehicle. Nonsensical policy.

It’s been about a year since I placed the order. Half a year ago you asked me whether it was still relevant, and I replied that it was not relevant anymore. Why the hell are you shipping this order now and charging my card? Are you out of your mind? Have you completely lost it?

Good service and dialogue regarding choosing the correct floor mat. I did not understand why the lowest quoted shipping costs offered increased from $18 to $34. 75 from the first quote to the second via Canada Post although the delivery date was shorter with the second quote. The correct floor mat arrived in the time stated. Thank you

Headlight was the correct part. Priced $800 lower than the dodge dealer quoted which I found odd. After ordering it took a LONG time to arrive. Dealer would have had it next day. Found that to be disappointing. Also can’t understand how a brake light repair costs $1100. 00.

When I needed a specific part for a 2009 Jeep, their website had a parts finder that uses the specific VIN of the vehicle and verifies that the part you are ordering is the right fit. That put my mind at ease that I wasn’t going to get the wrong part and have to return it and re-order. Well done, Mopar.

I ordered 3 banks of cam followers which were shipped on November 28, 2025 for a total of $768. 25 and I have yet to receive my product, meanwhile the disabled truck is blocking a bay in the garage…… shipping charges by Purolator were $61. 78

Parts don't last. I will order after market this time.
