Good product , easy install

Bad experience. I ordered 2 new brake lines to replace my 2 weeping lines. One line worked but the other leaked feom the bottom fitting. I removed it and inspected the threads and the flare for damage but it looks fine. Installed it again and leaks a lot. Reinstalled the old one and it's fine. I'll have to leave the old weeping line on until I get a replacement.

Canada Post has not delivered package. Arrived in Toronto on Mar 6 from Calgary. Delivery status changed to undeliverable on Mar 11. Parcel has been sent to Canada Post UMO for unknown reason. Was told by Canada Post supervisor that I would receive an update in 1 to 5 weeks for reason for undeliverable status. No further explanation given or willingness to escalate complaint. Unacceptable delivery service for a package ordered Feb 24 th. Clearly Canada Post doesn't prioritize customer service. Their indifference, lack of communication/failure to provide any updates and unwillingness to escalate this matter is unacceptable. Customers deserve better. Value of package is > $500. Lack of information re: status or reason for non delivery is not acceptable. Yours Kindly Valerie
