Ordered a heater core for my Ram 1500. Part showed up quickly , but was defective right out of the box. one pipe was loose on the top of the core. Contacted seller, they gave me a refund on the part but I’m out the $30 for shipping.

I purchased a purge valve and PCV valve assembly, and less than half an hour after payment, I received a notification from Canada Post that the package was being processed! I was initially skeptical, but when I received the tracking number, I couldn't believe how efficient things were in Canada！！ I received the package on the expected date, it was brand new OEM parts, and the biggest surprise was that the price was much lower than what local suppliers quoted! Thank you~

Expensive, especially whereas it is a replacement for a recall provided part, the original of which did not last the life of the vehicle post recall. Courteous telephone service. Arrived promptly. Fits as it should.

I could not get through trying to call the company. The call would just hang up. I was tying to find out where my part was. I eventually found a name to call from the info on my visa statement. They told me that it wasn't being shipped out until I gave a VIN number. I selected that I didn't want to provide the number at the time I ordered the part since my van was already in the shop. They said they emailed me multiple times. I did NOT receive any emails at all. I know my emails automatically deletes potential spams. This is probably what happened. I asked why they didn't just pick up the phone to call. They don't call customers they said. I paid extra for the express service and extra for more days on my rental car. I suggest that a person should phone the customer when no email response is given. Also allow a person to be able to phone into the company.

Correct part and fast shipping

Part received in good time and in excellent condition (Brand New). Unfortunately, I had not realized that the Temperature and oil pressure sensors were not included. My fault that I didn't see the fine print. Had to order a Temperature sensor, since the old one broke while attempting to remove from the old housing.

Everything is good, customer service is excellent, and they either call you or get your exact Vin to make sure parts fit. I didnt give 5 stars because the parts just cost so much compared to better aftermarket parts.
