I paid extra + shipping for what i thought would be the correct fit for my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee, but they fit worse than the cheap ones i bought on Amazon! The worse part is the 20% restocking fee to return them adds up to about 1/2 of what i paid for them when you include the shipping(non-refundable). Make sure you are ready to take this risk if buying from these people!!

Very affordable and will order from again. But… order was not complete and had to ship missing item. Another item was requested to have my VIN before shipping. But when asked as my truck has the updated filter housing I was ignored if this was the correct one or not. Sooo just know for yourself 100% what you need, most parts guys are unexperienced or simply just don’t care.

Doug was a great help via email and phone to have my order processed quickly and sent even quicker. All the brake parts arrived safely packaged.

Okay, but the most expensive part i ordered was not in stock. So, why not keep your website more up to date. Also, get together with your competitors and choose different names. Moparcanadaparts VS Moparpartscanada, it seems like you are just trying to confuse your customers. Otherwise, delivery ok and customer service good.

Responded very quickly to my query about the status of my order, and my parts were shipped to me as soon as possible.

I paid for expedited shipping on a Saturday so the part could be here Monday. I did not receive an email saying they needed my VIN to proceed to make sure it fit. By Thursday I called them to find out I needed to send the VIN, the part still had not shipped, even though I ordered the correct part. Got it a week later and still paid for expedited shipping. . . . not too happy about that

Speaking with staff was great. They understood my order. The site, however, almost changed it for not-the-right item. . . Shipping is main reason for 1 less star - just too expensive!

Ordered all the parts for the spare tire for a Pacifica Select except for the hardware (bolts and nut which can be bought locally) . Installations went fairly well and very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Mopar Canda as your source of parts. Ray W
