Customer service here was non-existent. I ordered a part knowing that it wouldn't match my VIN (part is interchangeable on our truck with another). We needed the part ASAP so was super frustrated when, instead of showing up on delivery day, we had an email stating they were still waiting for the VIN before shipping it out to make sure it matched. I don’t need a system thinking for me. Worst part was after sending them my thoughts, I received no reply. Yes, the part was shipped out, but to completely ignore my concerns was super disappointing and unprofessional. Only reason for 2 stars is the part was in good order, the price was fair and shipping was quick once actually shipped.

Way to expensive I got shoulder bolts for my jeeps soft top And for 17$ I expected it to be a set for one side. Nope one bolt.

Part arrived and was installed today with no issue. Customer service was very prompt when I asked for an ETA, shipping was fast and was delivered right to my door. Very good experience.

Ordering was ok , received help from your online person. However I had to call and message multiple times to receive an update on the order. Finally received one . However it took almost 2 weeks from order to delivery . Time frame was dissapointing , order status update was dissapointing . Maybe it was just a busy week at the depot . don't know . I have not confirmed yet if correct parts were sent as I just received the order

My order ended up being late, by a couple days, despite paying for expedited shipping. But I believe the roads might've been bad. 5 stars though for the assistance over the phone with choosing the fluid I needed for the vehicle.
