I received the wrong item initially because the site changed my initial order after making me put in the VIN# for my son’s truck because it said what we had ordered was incorrect. But once I called and spoke with Doug he arranged for me to ship the 1st order back and ordered the proper cold weather cover and said he was sure we could still get it before Christmas and despite a slight miscommunication between us, I didn’t realize I had to reorder on the website and thought the replacement would be sent once the initial order was returned, he made good on his word and I had it with a couple of days to spare. So I really appreciated the customer service aspect! Thank you Doug.

Sorry to say the order is lost or purilator have misplaced it. I have a trace case open with them and called your facility on Dec 31 and complained about your company using purilator. They are totally useless and I will not order anything else from you unless you use a different delivery company!! Can you ask them where it may be as well. Thank you.

Fast service

I choose not to verify my vin number and still paid over 100$ for over night shipping fees an had to cancel my car appointment for our car this is completely ridiculous but packaged didn’t even arrive until 4 or 5 days after, scammed a extra couple coins outta a fella just before Christmas time

Ordered something for Christmas and said it was going to be delivered by Dec 15th. Never received and we had to call to find out what was happening stated it was back ordered. We never received a call or email telling us that until a few days after we called

Even I have to wait more than a week for just one part is in backorder. I am happy with the parts I got. Problem solved.
