It was a lot cheaper buying online instead of getting it from a dealership.

Order placed on Aug 6. After one week of no response, I enquired (Aug 13) and was told order will be shipped that same day. It took another full week and another request for update on my part (Aug 20) to have the order handled and shipped. Finally, after an additional five days of transit, the shipment finally made it to my home on Aug 24. In our days and age of online shopping with almost instant delivery, this is unacceptable.

Thank goodness they ask for your VIN because otherwise I would have ordered the wrong part. They emailed me right away and let me know what the right option would be. That sure saved the day!

Good service but prices are crazy expensive. Especially for a plastic piece that probably only cost less than $5 to manufacture. I don’t mind paying for quality but the margins they must make is outrageous. No wonder the CEO get millions in bonuses!

I ordered a winter front for my truck. The order was placed, picked and shipped in a very short time. I'll have no problem ordering from Mopar again

Looking for very specific grommet and using factory diagrams was able to pin point exact part.

Part came fast and they emailed me because I didn't put my vin in to let me know if I didn't and it was wrong part I wouldn't have to pay a restocking fee on it

Absolutely quick and secure delivery of the part I needed. Completely happy with the service and availability and will surely use and recommend them in the future. Thanks again!

Good quality product, received in a timely manner.

Always fast service and shipping. Much cheaper than purchasing same OEM parts from local dealer.

Had to put in my vin before they shipped parts. Appreciative of the fast shipping and being thorough to make sure it fit my vehicle

OK!

Great service. They had the parts I needed and reviewed my order to ensure that they matched my vin. They also notified me that one of the parts on my order was the wrong item for my vehicle model and provided me updated pricing for the right part while still meeting the delivery times. Outstanding customer service.

After 2 weeks of waiting for my part I inquired and was told they needed my VIN to make sure it was right part. Woulda been nice to know earlier. Or even them reach out. Coulda had the same part in 2 days with Amazon now I’m 3 weeks and still don’t have it.

I had a great experience purchasing direct from Mopar. I bought a hood deflector for my wrangler. Package arrived quickly and it was well secured and protected. Part was as described.

Still not received the parts I ordered more than month ago

Good ,took a few days to ship is only complent.

Good service and received the parts I ordered in good condition

Extremely fast courteous service
