First order sat because the shipping label had not been sent to purolator 2nd order was quick I was surprised that I wasn't dealing with a parts warehouse and in fact was dealing with an actual car dealership. The whole idea was to miss the middleman and business is slow. I might as well given my local dealer the business instead of a dealership not even close to my town. Your website leads a customer to believe that they are dealing with a parts warehouse.

I would not order from this website. The tire cover looks completely faded and the design is not as it appears online (on website the writing is red and background is yellow and on my product the background is red and writing is yellow and all colours are flipped). When I emailed the company they say that the pictures online are "for reference only and provide only a representation of the actual product. " They said there was nothing they could do and when I asked them to at least update the photos on their website they did not reply.

Ordered a heater core for my Ram 1500. Part showed up quickly , but was defective right out of the box. one pipe was loose on the top of the core. Contacted seller, they gave me a refund on the part but I’m out the $30 for shipping.

I purchased a purge valve and PCV valve assembly, and less than half an hour after payment, I received a notification from Canada Post that the package was being processed! I was initially skeptical, but when I received the tracking number, I couldn't believe how efficient things were in Canada！！ I received the package on the expected date, it was brand new OEM parts, and the biggest surprise was that the price was much lower than what local suppliers quoted! Expensive, especially whereas it is a replacement for a recall provided part, the original of which did not last the life of the vehicle post recall. Courteous telephone service. Arrived promptly. Fits as it should.

I could not get through trying to call the company. The call would just hang up. I was tying to find out where my part was. I eventually found a name to call from the info on my visa statement. They told me that it wasn't being shipped out until I gave a VIN number. I selected that I didn't want to provide the number at the time I ordered the part since my van was already in the shop. They said they emailed me multiple times. I did NOT receive any emails at all. I know my emails automatically deletes potential spams. This is probably what happened. I asked why they didn't just pick up the phone to call. They don't call customers they said. I paid extra for the express service and extra for more days on my rental car. I suggest that a person should phone the customer when no email response is given. Also allow a person to be able to phone into the company.
