It was a lot cheaper buying online instead of getting it from a dealership.

Order placed on Aug 6. After one week of no response, I enquired (Aug 13) and was told order will be shipped that same day. It took another full week and another request for update on my part (Aug 20) to have the order handled and shipped. Finally, after an additional five days of transit, the shipment finally made it to my home on Aug 24. In our days and age of online shopping with almost instant delivery, this is unacceptable.

Thank goodness they ask for your VIN because otherwise I would have ordered the wrong part. They emailed me right away and let me know what the right option would be. That sure saved the day!

Good service but prices are crazy expensive. Especially for a plastic piece that probably only cost less than $5 to manufacture. I don’t mind paying for quality but the margins they must make is outrageous. No wonder the CEO get millions in bonuses!
