They advised of a need to change the part i ordered as what I ordered, was the specific part my vehicle needs, but rather a version of the one i needed. their thuroghness, likely prevented a need for part return and reorder, so they've saved me time, before even getting my order out to me.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but after spending over a month trying to order what should have been a simple sunroof part, I feel like people should know what they’re getting into. The part I needed was the driver’s side sunroof cable guide tube for a 2018 Jeep Renegade with the panoramic sunroof. Its purpose is to feed and guide the cables that open and close the panoramic sunroof glass. It’s not a complicated part, yet it turned into one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had trying to source an OEM component. I ordered through MoparPartsCanada. com, expecting the process to be straightforward. After waiting two weeks, I received the wrong part. It was the guide tube for the sunroof curtain on the passenger side. While it looked similar, it was essentially a mirrored version and was not interchangeable. I returned it, only to discover I was refunded $52 less than I paid because of “shipping. ” I find it hard to believe that shipping a 2 lb plastic part about a foot long between Red Deer and Calgary costs over $50. I called again, explained exactly what I needed, and even provided pictures. Two different employees said they would look into it and call me back, but neither ever did. The one exception was Garrett. He actually followed through, contacted Mopar corporate, and called me back with an update. I genuinely appreciate his effort and professionalism. Based on Mopar’s information, they concluded that the part I needed was included with a sunroof rail cover. Although I had serious doubts, I had no other option and trusted their recommendation. I paid $178 in shipping for a part that was shipped from the U. S. to Calgary and then to Red Deer. Considering the size and weight of the part, that shipping cost seemed excessive. After another two and a half weeks of waiting, the part arrived… and it was completely wrong. It wasn’t even close to what I needed. When I called to arrange the return, I was initially told I’d lose money again b...

It would be nice to order the parts and be able to come pick them up instead of having to wait for shipping as I live about 15 min from the warehouse.

Fantastic at aligning that we ordered the right part! After I ordered, Mopar sent an email asking us to confirm the serial number of our car! This made sure we had chosen the correct part for our specific car!

I have ordered several parts in the last couple of months. They have always been the correct parts, even when I clicked on the wrong ones, the VIN check made sure the parts shipped were correct. The chat helped to get the correct part as well. Highly recommended.

Ordered mudflaps for my 2022 Ram 3500 DRW. Selected the check box that said I did not want to provide my VIN. There was no need to for mudflaps for a dually. I then purchased them, you took my money immediately then refused to ship my order until I provided a VIN. Why even have those check boxes there if you still need a VIN anyways? Second time this has happened. Wasted my time and a few extra days on shipping to figure it out via emails. Never again ordering from this site.

My order came faster then they thought

Ordering parts was very easy and straight forward. Shipping was a bit of an issue. Pick is not an option, so I had to pay $950 to ship within the same city and then wait over a week to get my parts. The package was labeled as 150lbs, so it had to go to heavy land area of purolator and that only gets shipped when there are enough hea y orders to go out. Actual package was around 70lbs. If the weight was labeled accurately I could have had my parts right away and have my work truck, which is my means of making my income back on the road sooner instead of missing out on a week worth of income.
