I swear, you are the worst online company I have ever purchased from. Your Calgary agent was one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of customer service and respect. I am extremely disappointed with this experience, and I would not recommend your company to anyone unless you take responsibility for this situation and improve the way you treat your customers.

My experience with MoparCanadaParts was exceptional. I ordered 4 factory rims for a Jeep Rubicon. The rims were discounted 40%. The VIN match turned up a subtle difference in the rims. They corrected the part number. The rims were shipped and I received them 1 week later. I am using the rims for a winter tire package. Overall the online experience was 5 stars.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Mopar Canada. Shipping was extremely fast, the order arrived exactly as expected, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Great communication, genuine parts, and very good overall service. Definitely impressed and would order from them again.

I ordered a part for my vehicle and was told I would get a call when it arrived. I called 2 weeks later to find out the part had just arrived that day. I paid the difference in cost and was told that it was shipping out that day and I should receive it in the next 1-2 days. I called a week later to find out that the order hadn't actually shipped yet, an error on Purolators end? The process seemed a bit broken because I feel if I didn't call to follow up on the shipment and also on the delivery, I wouldn't have gotten any communication from Mopar. Happy with the part that I got, but the service level was low.

Took too long to ship with no correspondence as to why the delay. Everything else was fine.
