I had an excellent experience with Mocha Christchurch NZ. The customer service was outstanding, the team was very helpful, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and easy. The product quality was great, and I was really impressed with how quickly it was delivered. Even though the order was dispatched from Christchurch, my product arrived in Auckland within just 2 days, which exceeded my expectations. A big thank you to the customer service team for their effort and coordination, and also to the courier company for the fast and reliable delivery. Highly recommend Mocha for their excellent service, quality products, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I am always apprehensive about buying furniture online but when we were unable to find what we work looking for in stores we came across Mocka and we have found the whole experience to be fantastic. Not only are we happy with the items we purchased the website, ordering and delivery process was a breeze. The communication around delivery was excellent and all items arrive within the time frame. I will definitely order through Mocka again.

The delivery was very fast however the quality of the pieces was not great, one piece came scratched and I had to glue the wood look lino to the base of a few pieces as they were coming off.

Great little cupboard for all the things a toddler needs. Flat pack building was worth it. Instructions are good. Though it is a lot of parts and looks overwhelming it didn’t take too long.

Always great service from Mocka

Good price, clean design, punctual shipping and delivery (even for a purchaser in Victoria such as myself). Would shop again in a heartbeat!

Best instructions I have ever gotten! I honestly rate it 10/10. I purchased bedside table for my kids and it was so easy to put together highly recommend!

Annoying that the website regularly changes stock, but does not continue to stock parts for previous models. But postage was quick.

Obsessed! So so happy with my purchase. The 7 piece set is just gorgeous. Looks and feels so high quality with great value for money. Babies room looks gorgeous everyone has given me compliments I can’t wait to add the final touches to the space

Outstanding product and 5 star customer service. Personal and caring contact with a real person who answered every question and made sure to he bassinet arrived before baby.

Super cute! Easy to build to!

Excellent service from Mocka ! Delivery was spot on and my chair is beautiful . Looks amazing in my granddaughters bedroom and she loves snuggling up and reading her books .

Great quality !! Fits a lot in the drawers, and works well as a baby changing table.

We purchased the Sadie entertainment unit online and after delivery and attempting to assemble was missing one of the pieces. I called and was told I’d be sent a replacement piece, a week passed and still nothing sent that it had shipped. Wasn’t until I called to ask what was going on and just told that the warehouse was behind schedule that it was actually sent. pretty frustrating

Fantastic product - packed well, easy to assemble.

Very happy with chest of drawers, side table and cot !

Bought two of these beds based on the reviews - love the low-to-ground design and material quality is high. Delivery was also prompt!

I recently purchased a Mocka nursery dresser and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The assembly process was unnecessarily difficult, and the screws became loose if you had to adjust or re‑screw anything, which shows very poor build quality. Their customer service was equally frustrating and unhelpful. Overall, the product quality and support were far below expectations. I won’t be purchasing from Mocka again.

Little disappointed with the colour. It is much, much darker than the images on the website. Also has a large gap between to the cupboard doors. We brought 2 of these and they are consistent on each unit.

I’ve bought a few pieces from Mocka over the years and have always found them to be stylish and great value. Most recently, I ordered a couple of bedside tables which are beautiful and, again, excellent value for money. One of them arrived slightly damaged (likely during shipping), but the customer service team couldn’t have been better. They replaced it quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and were genuinely kind and easy to deal with. Thanks team — really great service all around!
