I’ve bought a few pieces from Mocka over the years and have always found them to be stylish and great value. Most recently, I ordered a couple of bedside tables which are beautiful and, again, excellent value for money. One of them arrived slightly damaged (likely during shipping), but the customer service team couldn’t have been better. They replaced it quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and were genuinely kind and easy to deal with. Thanks team — really great service all around!

We did know they had to be assembled and were not too difficult. The base of the drawers is a little “light” for my liking. But as long as nothing heavier than a box of tissues and a couple of other equally light objects are stored there it should be ok - not a couple of books!

Product was faulty, so I had to wait an extra 9 days to receive new parts. There should be better quality control before the product gets sent out.

I love Mocka furniture! Such good quality for a reasonable price. This is my third Mocka piece and they are stylish, simple and perfect for the kiddos.

I’d say the quality is similar to IKEA—good for the price. However, everything arrived very dusty and dirty, and the materials are a bit inconsistent. Assembly takes quite a long time, and the instructions are difficult to follow.

Shocking quality

Took a lot longer than told in the website. The buffet's walls were soft and ripped out when the doors are opened with usual usage.

The baby rocker is amazing. Great quality and Bub loves it

After assembling the Round and Around spinning toy and using it only a few times, it is clearly not functioning properly. After a few spins, it becomes extremely tight, difficult to turn, and makes a creaking sound. I contacted Mocka customer support over a week ago regarding this faulty product and have received no response whatsoever. Very disappointed with both the product quality and the complete lack of customer service.

This was a birthday present for my daughter. We sealed it with a marine grade seal before putting it together and have stored it undercover. After 2 x uses one of the 'hotplates' warped and came unglued from the base. Poor quality and disappointing 😞
