Decent product, terrible customer service

Great

Affordable furniture compared to competitors. Fast delivery.

Great product and quick delivery - thank you!

Ordered a clearance product. Instructions were not available on website

We purchased the Archie crib and betti bobbin chest of drawers. Everything came a few days after shipping to TAS and fairly quickly- was on pre-order and arrived before estimated. The products are stunning and exactly as pictured if not better. Although we dreaded putting the flat packs together they actually built quite quickly and painlessly. Definitely recommend and will be ordering more things for our nursery.

Absolutely beautiful and quality products. Easy to read down to earth instructions in plain English, with a touch of humour. Fun to put together with the partner. The best furniture putting together experience we’ve had.

The instructions are good . , in fact too good! They need some words also Had trouble adjusting the doors but got it after a while. . Perfect size for records ( vinyl i)

There should be an option to give no stars. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received, the time frame it took to get a resolution, and overall quality of the product. I placed an order for a bedside table in June, the product came early July, the packaging was damaged. The entire product had damage. I contacted customer service straight away, and it was advised that I would be receiving a replacement product. The replacement product did not come until mid-august. I had to continually follow up on the status of the product and was not provided with adequate time frames and when I might receive it. I thought mocker was a high quality product and I have been shown that it is not. I did eventually receive a replacement product and there was also damage on that product. I'm not happy.

Happy with everything

What an amazing experience - purchasing from Mocka. Unfortunately the colour of the furniture item I purchased did not suit the existing furniture I was trying to match. The item was great quality and the customer service even better! A call to the amazing Caroline turned my poor choice into a positive. I was able to return the item. The collection process was arranged and executed perfectly. Thank you Caroline! I will definitely shop at Mocka again and have no hesitation in recommending Mocka Furniture.

Really happy with the Mocka Original Locker. The cream colour is beautiful, it feels sturdy and has plenty of storage without looking bulky. Stylish, practical and great value.

Happy with the product and in store service, unhappy with delivery service and tracking

A shame that my daughters birthday present arrive damaged and disappointed to get no return emails when i reach out. . . . apart from auto responses and advertising.

Excellent products easy to assemble and great quality.

Great drawers

Pink sonata bed, arrived quickly, easy to set up, looks cute AF

Really disappointed. My order was only partially delivered and it has now been almost two weeks with the rest of my order still missing. I’ve contacted the courier, who advised they have been in communication with Mocka, and I’ve also emailed Mocka myself with no response. I shouldn’t have to chase up a fully paid order just to find out where half of it is. Almost two weeks with no resolution or even an update is ridiculous. Definitely not the experience I expected.

I have only bought bedside tables from Mocka so far but those were great value for money. There is a great selection of products on the website and very quick delivery. One thing to note is that the furniture comes just about as flat-packed as they come so be prepared to be putting every little piece together à la IKEA. A power tool speeds this up a lot although is not required.

Kids play kitchen is the WORST quality. Literally falls apart, the timber sheds off, it is falling apart one piece at a time and actually causing injury. Would never buy anything else from Mocka based on this very poor quality.
