Excellent service from Mocka ! Delivery was spot on and my chair is beautiful . Looks amazing in my granddaughters bedroom and she loves snuggling up and reading her books .

Great quality !! Fits a lot in the drawers, and works well as a baby changing table.

We purchased the Sadie entertainment unit online and after delivery and attempting to assemble was missing one of the pieces. I called and was told I’d be sent a replacement piece, a week passed and still nothing sent that it had shipped. Wasn’t until I called to ask what was going on and just told that the warehouse was behind schedule that it was actually sent. pretty frustrating

I recently purchased a Mocka nursery dresser and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The assembly process was unnecessarily difficult, and the screws became loose if you had to adjust or re‑screw anything, which shows very poor build quality. Their customer service was equally frustrating and unhelpful. Overall, the product quality and support were far below expectations. I won’t be purchasing from Mocka again.

Little disappointed with the colour. It is much, much darker than the images on the website. Also has a large gap between to the cupboard doors. We brought 2 of these and they are consistent on each unit.

I’ve bought a few pieces from Mocka over the years and have always found them to be stylish and great value. Most recently, I ordered a couple of bedside tables which are beautiful and, again, excellent value for money. One of them arrived slightly damaged (likely during shipping), but the customer service team couldn’t have been better. They replaced it quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and were genuinely kind and easy to deal with. Thanks team — really great service all around!

We did know they had to be assembled and were not too difficult. The base of the drawers is a little “light” for my liking. But as long as nothing heavier than a box of tissues and a couple of other equally light objects are stored there it should be ok - not a couple of books!

Product was faulty, so I had to wait an extra 9 days to receive new parts. There should be better quality control before the product gets sent out.

I love Mocka furniture! Such good quality for a reasonable price. This is my third Mocka piece and they are stylish, simple and perfect for the kiddos.

I’d say the quality is similar to IKEA—good for the price. However, everything arrived very dusty and dirty, and the materials are a bit inconsistent. Assembly takes quite a long time, and the instructions are difficult to follow.

Shocking quality

Took a lot longer than told in the website. The buffet's walls were soft and ripped out when the doors are opened with usual usage.

Really lovely items heavy pretty easy to put together although one instruction back to front
