I got the a kids tent and the kids tunnel for my sons birthday. We didbt open the packages till the night before his birthday and the tunnel smelt soo bad my kids wouldn’t go near it. It smelt like fish. . we put it outside in the sun for a day and it still stinks. Just warning if you buy the tunnel for your child you will probably have to air it out for a week before they can use it

Parts didn’t fit, couldn’t put anything together, had an initial good experience with customer service r Ewing replacement parts but now still waiting to hear back from customer service as replacement parts also don’t fit, over 4 weeks now with no resolution and left with clothes in boxes and suitcases from moving unable to put into the dressers we ordered.

Really disappointed in the size of the Deven Ball Feet Six Drawer unit. . it looks incredibly tiny next to the Aspen Cot. .

I am always apprehensive about buying furniture online but when we were unable to find what we work looking for in stores we came across Mocka and we have found the whole experience to be fantastic. Not only are we happy with the items we purchased the website, ordering and delivery process was a breeze. The communication around delivery was excellent and all items arrive within the time frame. I will definitely order through Mocka again.

The delivery was very fast however the quality of the pieces was not great, one piece came scratched and I had to glue the wood look lino to the base of a few pieces as they were coming off.

Great little cupboard for all the things a toddler needs. Flat pack building was worth it. Instructions are good. Though it is a lot of parts and looks overwhelming it didn’t take too long.
