Really disappointed. My order was only partially delivered and it has now been almost two weeks with the rest of my order still missing. I’ve contacted the courier, who advised they have been in communication with Mocka, and I’ve also emailed Mocka myself with no response. I shouldn’t have to chase up a fully paid order just to find out where half of it is. Almost two weeks with no resolution or even an update is ridiculous. Definitely not the experience I expected.

I have only bought bedside tables from Mocka so far but those were great value for money. There is a great selection of products on the website and very quick delivery. One thing to note is that the furniture comes just about as flat-packed as they come so be prepared to be putting every little piece together à la IKEA. A power tool speeds this up a lot although is not required.

Kids play kitchen is the WORST quality. Literally falls apart, the timber sheds off, it is falling apart one piece at a time and actually causing injury. Would never buy anything else from Mocka based on this very poor quality.

The products are fine but the comms on delivery were terrible. You should reconsider taking orders for items you don’t have in stock or at least ensure the delay is clearly and consistently communicated to the customer. I only found out about a two month wait once I enquired on its whereabouts myself. So not a great experience, I won’t shop here again.

So easy to put together and amazing quality

Ordered a coffee table, and tv unit for a very good price compared to other stores and as very happy with them! Great quality, easy to assemble, and the shipping was an easy process and faster than I’d expected!

Excellent service! Friendly and courteous. There was no issue when we had to return a tabletop and get a replacement. The delivery was prompt and hassle free.

The furniture is beautiful, high quality, and exactly as pictured, with excellent customer service from start to finish. Delivery was smooth, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase—highly recommend. We were able to style our whole home living/dining which was a big job.

1 box was missing from the delivery, this issue was rectified. Quality is poor, flaking wood, the panels arrived with torn laminate as per the photo.

I recently purchased the Harbor Nursery Furniture Set from Mocka and couldn't be happier with my experience. Ordered the Cove bedside table which was easy to assemble and looks great, but the chemical smell is unbearable. Never experienced such an awful smell from flat packed furniture. It is currently unusable as it is causing my son headaches if it stays in the room. I have contacted Mocka but so far only received an AI generated reply. Based on this I would NOT buy from Mocka again

I got the a kids tent and the kids tunnel for my sons birthday. We didbt open the packages till the night before his birthday and the tunnel smelt soo bad my kids wouldn’t go near it. It smelt like fish. . we put it outside in the sun for a day and it still stinks. Just warning if you buy the tunnel for your child you will probably have to air it out for a week before they can use it

My table arrived and it looked exactly like the image, from my online order. I dealt with Sarah from Steadfast Logistics about the delivery and her service was amazing!
