Osaka Entertainment Unit - looks great but the functionality is very poor. The cabinet doors are very hard to align and the provided hardware isn't sufficient in supporting the hinges. Have had multiple attempts at repairing the cupboard door, however the screws do not hold in place with the material the cabinet is made of. On top of this, the walnut laminate chips and peels easily, making it quite a fragile piece of furniture.

We first ordered a console table in October and our unit had a missing part and double of another part. The pre drilled holes didn't line up at all when it was time to assemble. After complaining, they sent a replacement unit, which took another three weeks to get to us, on top of the week and a bit we'd waited for the original unit to arrive, and with the new unit we had the same problem again - a missing part and double of another part. They refunded us completely in the end. It was a disappointing experience that should have been simple but lasted an entire month, but the reason I still give three stars is because the customer service was good - no complaints there. They were prompt to try rectify any issues and issue a refund in the end.

For the price the product is quite good. The TV cabinet and desk look great in my family room. 2 people assembly needed with easy to follow instructions.

- Shipping is pretty long - Received 6 chairs and 1 table with 4 screws missing from one chair (didn't realise til I have cut up and put the boxes and instructions in the bin as it was the last chair to be built missing the screws). - Was advised I had to send photos of the packing, photos of the product, and tell them the items missing (literally only one type of screw in this chair - haha). - Company was happier for me to return the entire setting (table and 6 chairs) than just send 4 screws without making me jump through hoops. Stick to Ikea - better quality, better service, and you can order spare parts online for free!

We bought 2 Emery buffet. Despite adjusting doors for 2 hours they close very poorly

Love the look of buffet and ease of construction. Instructions are easy to follow. Delivery was prompt. Unfortunately item had damage on 5 panels. Customer service was prompt to send out new panels, however they too were damaged and of a totally different colour. After the frustrations i was given a refund for the unit exc delivery which was good. Although
