Beautiful design and easy to assemble. Looks great in my daughters room

The products are fine but the comms on delivery were terrible. You should reconsider taking orders for items you don’t have in stock or at least ensure the delay is clearly and consistently communicated to the customer. I only found out about a two month wait once I enquired on its whereabouts myself. So not a great experience, I won’t shop here again.

So easy to put together and amazing quality

Ordered a coffee table, and tv unit for a very good price compared to other stores and as very happy with them! Great quality, easy to assemble, and the shipping was an easy process and faster than I’d expected!

Excellent service! Friendly and courteous. There was no issue when we had to return a tabletop and get a replacement. The delivery was prompt and hassle free.

The furniture is beautiful, high quality, and exactly as pictured, with excellent customer service from start to finish. Delivery was smooth, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase—highly recommend. We were able to style our whole home living/dining which was a big job.

1 box was missing from the delivery, this issue was rectified. Quality is poor, flaking wood, the panels arrived with torn laminate as per the photo.

I recently purchased the Harbor Nursery Furniture Set from Mocka and couldn't be happier with my experience. The quality of the furniture is excellent – it's sturdy, beautifully designed, and exactly what I was hoping for for our nursery. What really stood out, however, was the customer service. After having a very poor experience with another company, I was feeling stressed and apprehensive about making another large purchase. The Mocka team completely turned that around for me. Their communication was fantastic, they were incredibly helpful throughout the process, and they made everything feel effortless. From ordering through to delivery, the entire experience was seamless and exceeded my expectations. Mocka removed the stress from what had become a frustrating situation and restored my confidence in online furniture shopping. I would highly recommend both the Harbor range and Mocka's customer service team to anyone looking for quality products backed by exceptional support.

Love it fit well.

Great purchase process end to end. Even the instructions were super clear and made it easy to construct our purchase.

Looks good assembled. Some minor issues with the finish. Screws can easily strip the mdf / particle board when assembling. Allied Express shipping was average.

Ordered the Cove bedside table which was easy to assemble and looks great, but the chemical smell is unbearable. Never experienced such an awful smell from flat packed furniture. It is currently unusable as it is causing my son headaches if it stays in the room. I have contacted Mocka but so far only received an AI generated reply. Based on this I would NOT buy from Mocka again

I got the a kids tent and the kids tunnel for my sons birthday. We didbt open the packages till the night before his birthday and the tunnel smelt soo bad my kids wouldn’t go near it. It smelt like fish. . we put it outside in the sun for a day and it still stinks. Just warning if you buy the tunnel for your child you will probably have to air it out for a week before they can use it

Happy with quality.

My table arrived and it looked exactly like the image, from my online order. I dealt with Sarah from Steadfast Logistics about the delivery and her service was amazing! She helped me with the tracking of my product and it arrived in time for my Studio opening night. Thank you and I’m telling everyone about my experience.

Easy to order, collect and assemble. Great quality products. Very good value.

Parts didn’t fit, couldn’t put anything together, had an initial good experience with customer service r Ewing replacement parts but now still waiting to hear back from customer service as replacement parts also don’t fit, over 4 weeks now with no resolution and left with clothes in boxes and suitcases from moving unable to put into the dressers we ordered.

Really disappointed in the size of the Deven Ball Feet Six Drawer unit. . it looks incredibly tiny next to the Aspen Cot. .

While I was initially disappointed with my experience, Caroline and the Mocka team were fantastic in resolving the issue. They took the time to listen, showed genuine care, and offered a fair outcome that worked for everyone. I really appreciated the responsive communication and customer-first approach. Thanks for turning a frustrating situation into a positive one.

Quick delivery & great product at a great price.
