I was happy with the service I got. It's always a bit of a gamble with the phone you get, but returns here are free. I had a problem with my original phone (something was damaged), and they sent me a new one very quickly (upon return). They sent me a higher quality model so I was happy. I tested the battery and can confirm that it is over 90% (paid for this tier). If you don't want any damage to the phone get the higher tier as there are only 3. You pay for what you get, but overall I am happy and I recommend this service.

the phone came in physically great condition. a tiny mark is all the evidence it was pre-owned. it’s been a few weeks and i’m genuinely very happy with the product. it’s a big upgrade from my last phone! however, battery health has been a bit of a problem. i will likely have to fix of my own accord, time and finances. for now ill have to buy a portable charger. i don’t believe this is a problem of mobile federation’s phone quality but a misjudgement in the rating system for a “excellent condition” phone. so i am a little disappointed about that.

Very disappointed. Broken camera sold as "Excellent". I ordered this phone expecting a device in "Excellent condition" as promised in the listing. Instead, I received a defective phone with a broken camera module. The moment I open the camera app, the lens shakes violently, causing the whole phone to vibrate. Because of this internal shaking, the camera cannot focus at all, and every photo is completely blurry. This is clearly a hardware defect that should have been caught before shipping. I am returning this immediately and cannot recommend this seller.
