Delivery wa excellent and very quick.

I tried to phone on several occasions. I was disappointed that there is no after sales service.

The recommendation to fix a dud phone by resetting factory settings was bad advice. The iPhone SE 2020 had faulty hardware not software (a dead part of the screen meant that 'p', '0' and 'send text' didn't work). When I reset, I couldn't access my network to restore the backup because the password had a 'p' in it. I had to limp through a week with 20% function until the replacement phone arrived. Glad that Mob Fed took the dud back with no questions though.

Mobile Federation, their website is pretty good, intuitive to navigate, search for a product & place an order. The iPhone 15 Pro 256GB that I ordered arrived promptly thru Aust Post & I was able to track. Mobile Federation delivered as advertised on their website.
