⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ my sons have had their iphones from mobile federation both brought in premium condition and they were immaculate, very very pleased with the purchase had a little hiccup where the battery of the 14pro max was getting hot after short period of use on a game I contacted customer service who got me to send it back to them They fully refunded me the cost of express postage back i chose express so it would be quicker They keptt me informed of the return/replacement process at all times They contacted me as they didn’t have another exact phone with the options I had chose but I was happy to wait for one as my son had requested specific details of the phone but they went above and beyond to get it sorted and supplied me with another immaculate condition replacement extremely quickly few days) we have had not one issue with the other sons phone an no issues at all on the replacement Unfortunately these things happen and are out of our hands , but customer service was awesome and handle my issue very quickly and professionally 100% recommmend and will be buying from them in the future when I need an upgrade 🤩🤩🤩 my son is loving the 14 pro max with the zoom quality 2 extremely happy and thankful boys
