Very disappointed. Broken camera sold as "Excellent". I ordered this phone expecting a device in "Excellent condition" as promised in the listing. Instead, I received a defective phone with a broken camera module. The moment I open the camera app, the lens shakes violently, causing the whole phone to vibrate. Because of this internal shaking, the camera cannot focus at all, and every photo is completely blurry. This is clearly a hardware defect that should have been caught before shipping. I am returning this immediately and cannot recommend this seller.

I bought a Google Pixel Fold and was really happy with the condition of the phone. Unfortunately the phone hardware failed a couple of months in, but their afters sales service and warranty cover was first class. The phone couldn't be repaired so they offered a full refund, and honoured it. Highly recommended and will use again!
